Drove here to get some ice cream all the way from snellville..... It's 9:30.... Google says you're open until 10:00 p.m..... You're menu is lit up outside..... But your employees just told me you are closed.... Either update your hours on Google so the people don't waste their time and money driving to your establishment.. or hire some better employees...
Went through the drive-through about 2:30 Sunday afternoon to have some ice cream. there were 3 cars in front but my order was taken quickly and I was on my way in about 5 minutes. I've been going to this DQ location for years. It's always fast and the food is good. Try it for yourself
Went a few days back and the guy at drive through was really nice I got my food quick and fast I think his name was josh he was a very cute guy
We just moved to the area. Last week we had no problem, we love DQ. Today at 545pm the girl at the window was awful. She said PULL AROUND!!!. I thought she may have wanted me to repeat me order, but she stuck her hand out and said $26.00. I asked is this how they operate?? She rolled her eyes all the way up to her baby hair, then stuck her hand out further for the payment. I told her that please and thank you go a long way. Let's use our manners with customers or find a job in which we don't have to interact with humans. Shame on her.
9:30 at night and they only had chicken tenders or hot dogs. Got 2 chili cheese dogs that were a joke and a blizzard and fry and it was $17. Wont go back.

The food is good as usual, but the guy at the window has the personality of a tree. Never told me my order total, hello, goodbye, or here’s your food. He just went through the motions. An entire silent transaction took place. If you’re hungry, it’s great to eat at, but don’t expect much at the window.
Their ice cream has never changed. So rich and creamy. But tonight we got an order of their onion rings and cheese curds. They were really great! Very surprising. I want to try their Steakhouse burger next. Topped with one of their yummy onion rings and A.1, this burger has great potential.
