Went to Cosmo's for the first time a few days ago with a friend. She got a supreme and I got a Greek Pizza. The pizza was so-so but the service was terrible!! We were there about 2:00, so not many people there. Hald of the restaurant is full service, half is pick-up. At that time there were not many people in the restaurant so we expected the service to be quick and easy. Our order was taken right away but it took 30 minutes to get the pizza. They did not come at the same time - can't they cook more than 1 pizza at a time? Our server disappeared after taking the order and stayed gone for a very long time - no check-back or anything. We waited and waited for our check. During the waiting time, two couples came individually and sat at the bar. Both of them left because no one came to serve them. When I went to find the waitress to get our check, she told me she was washing dishes. I told her she lost two couples because they waited and no one came to serve them. One plus, they did refill the non-alcoholic drinks. The music was very loud. We did order cannolis, one per order for $5. 14-inch (medium) pizzas were in the $15-20 range. The sanitation rating was B, so I might not return. I try to keep it in the A range.
My bf and I were in the area and we stopped by to try the pizza and we thought it was pretty good. The mussels were nice and the drinks weren’t too strong. The portion sizes relative to the prices were pretty nice considering the area and all in all pretty tasty. Everyone was nice and although, it’s not like mind blowing, we still enjoyed the experience overall
We used to really enjoy Cosmos pizza. The last couple of times we’ve had it, it wasn’t as good as it used to be. Gave it another try today and it was such a disappointment. Skimpy on the cheese and pepperoni. The crust was too soft and doughy. Just overall poor quality.
Minus 5 stars! If you like cold pizza, this is definitely your spot! I walked in to place a takeout order and was surprised at the changes. The space has been renovated, so I’m glad I knew what I wanted. I was not offered a menu nor a drink selection. After taking a seat to wait for my order, I noticed that only 1 oven was being used and up to 5 items were being cooked at a time. The food prep staff wore no gloves and did not wash their hands after returning from out of the area. The cashier works close to the food prep area and does not wear a hair net. The cashier also packages food without gloves or washing hands after dealing with customers. I ordered 2 pizzas that were not prepped or cooked at the same time. 1 pizza came out of the oven 10 minutes before the other. When I asked about it, I was offered to put the old one back in to warm it up. I am black, I watched many other orders being made together and packaged together unlike mine. I asked for a refund and will not be returning, which is unfortunate because my son loves the pizza here.
Brunch here is amazing, we enjoyed their Bunch pizza with veggies, Gravy and Biscuits with home fries, Bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese with dill. And the best part, their drinks!! Cappuccino and I loved the Cold Brew Espresso Martini. Next time we would have the Bottomless Mimosa Bucket or their Bloody Mary Pitcher with tequila. An excellent, brunch spot in Downtown Lawrenceville.
Such an awesome experience. Super friendly staff and very kid friendly. We took our two youngest there and it was amazing !
Without question the best Tiramisu, I have had, that was not home made!The pizza was fabulous too!Excellent food, friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, and did I mention the Tiramisu!Fabulous lunch for under $15 (I had two slices of pizza, the first was to delicious looking to wait for a photo!!!)
So my wife and myself went to cosmos Pizza and social this last past Saturday. It was absolutely amazing. We had a blast .Very fun place to visit and the music is great and the pizza is off the chain absolutely delicious...Pizza Hut, Domino's and none of the other pizza chains could compare. This pizza has its own original flavor This pizza place is definitely a go-to. If you're looking for pizza that's not a chain and looking for something that has its own original flavor. Also the people who work there are very pleasant, engaging and professional. Forgive me for not being good with names but we met a young lady behind the bar who was just absolutely amazing. Thanks for the wonderful time and the great hospitality and the delicious food and the laughs My wife and myself will definitely be back to visit very soon. May even pass by this Saturday.Lolllll
My friend and I were wrapping up a girls’ weekend with one last lunch and decided to try Cosmo’s Pizza and Social. We were not disappointed! The pizza was tasty; prices were very reasonable, and the staff was super friendly. We each ordered a 10 inch pizza and loved the crust and that it had just the perfect amount of sauce. We always try to support local businesses when visiting an area and would definitely visit Cosmo’s Pizza and Social again.
Cosmo’s!!!!! pizza I’m new to Georgia but the $7.94 I spent was well worth me not patronizing them again. I was being helped and when the girl at the front took my order she asked a cool from the back to get my pizza ok cool he got it without putting gloves on and to not look like the angry black man I took it and left. Before leaving I observed the young take the order of someone else and when she got his pizza to put it in the oven she had on gloves. I will never go back again . I throw that pizza away
