Customer service is awful! They have the worst attitudes. The cashier was on their personal phone with AirPods, doesn’t look at me and tosses my receipt at me. Also as soon as I come in they immediately tell me all food is to go, but as soon as a family of similar ethnicity comes in they let them sit down and give them great service. I still tip them just because the food was fast but do not go here. There are better Vietnamese restaurants that provide great service e
The food is good and is pretty authentic. They were out of the drink i wanted tho. Don’t get bent outta shape about the waitress, I didn’t feel she meant it. It’s just how she is and appears… rough round the edges and she ain’t gonna feel like smiling this century okay?

The customer service is so rude. I dont feel welcomed here. I was asking for high chair and the server just pointed at the high chair and told me to grab it by myself lol. Plus the table was so dirty, greasy, just like they never clean
I love Special Broken Rice and Bun Mang Vit here. I think these dishes are their specialty here.
Called at 8:30 PM and asked if they had bánh mì, and was hung up on. Called back and someone answered and I asked again. The woman on the phone said, “I don’t speak English,” and hung up again. I was in the neighborhood already and had a wicked hankering for bánh mì, so I stopped by to check. It was 8:40, and both the door and Google said they were open until 9:00. The door was locked and the person at the register glanced at me and ignored me. I’m never going here again, so I guess I’ll never know.
Their rice dish with porkchops & all the other sides is the best I've had in the area. Banh cuon as well. Docked a star because sometimes the server is snappy, but she is the only one serving so she's just busy that's all.
Food is good, terrible and rude service, price is on the higher side.
