Worst experience ever!!!l ordered a cake for a birthday party had my brother go pick it up and they stated they did not have order and could not use order number to look it. Girl behind counter then stated the reason order was not in system was because the manager decided to cancel all the online orders and I would be receiving a refund. We will see doubt it will have to call Credit Card and dispute I’m sure.Wish I had read reviews before ordering will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN ZERO STARS!!!
Girl with pink hair is nasty and not a team player throwing her teammates under the bus. There was a line and her two other teammates were slammed she kept playing with her phone, messing with her hair and using dirty rags to “clean” I asked if we could get help and she got a rude attitude and told me she wasn’t working there and than she brought a chocolate cake that she was preparing and let her teammates struggle. Worst location ever since she has been there.
this location is not reserve for any star. please don't go on this locationand waste money. I did order my birth day cake in advance. She did call mewe did forgot to make order. i said ok i will come to pick up 3.30 then she said we r run out heath bar.i did order coffee crunch cake. I have party 7:00 pmsame day she said this she ruin my son birth day party. it was so much pressure to me i have to find some other cake in shorth timei had three to four time very bad experience please don't go on that location it is my humble request .very bad management and owner is call me for this so guys stop go on this location
Terrible experience!! Cold stone is great EXCEPT this one location due to poor management. I had already place two orders for special occasions and the very rude manager tells you on the same day of pick-up that they ran off anything you ordered and they are gonna give me just whatever they have NOT what I paid for, (expensive as well)... the customer service is NON EXISTENT, please avoid a bad time and go somewhere else!
I hate this location! Literally every time I go they have the gate closed and pick in choose who they let in. Not to mention every time I go and wait in the long line for my turn for them to tell me they are out of waffle cones. They literally have a board upfront they can let easily write “no waffle cones” management is a joke also! Don’t even bother w asking to speak to a manger cause they all act slow!
Ruined Birthday- Ordered cupcakes through the website. Went to pick them up and was told they were never made. I had no dessert for the celebration. They refunded the money with nothing more than a sorry apology.
The place is going down so fast the person that is attending don't let you mix the flavors anymore, you just can have one favor at a time ! This is insane! I use to go there before and always was so full , now was no one person at the place I should suspect of something before going inside! So disappointed!
Been here several times, but walked out the last time. Employees were just screwing around and not helping customers. Also saw bugs flying around the open peanut butter container.
Checked the website for hours of operation before going. Arrived only to see the gates closing. Disappointed as well as another individual who walked away with a puzzled look. I asked the associate for the closing times and informed her that I checked the site beforehand. She said they're on holiday hours. I asked for those, she nor the other associate knew the store hours. Horrible representation. At least one person on-site should be aware and able to relay the hours of operation.
Hmm close two hours earlier than the mall??? Maybe get some reliable people that want to work and keep it open!
