The owner had one black employee he was a 15 year old boy and the way they the owner and I'm guessing the owners brother were speaking to him was so disgusting. I told the kids that he could quit and don't ever let people speak to him like that. The owners defense was that he had been there a whole week he should know where the forks were. I would never send another dollar in your store ever. I only gave you one star because zero wasn't an option
Yes, I had to change my rating. I use to like this location but, it's crazy. For one the line is extremely long and it's due to employees not listening to their customers when they order.Second. I order the family meal and the menu day it comes with 6 biscuits. They gave me no biscuits and when I went back to tell them. The owner said he can only give what the receipt said and since the receipt did not say 6 biscuits like, the menu said, we got no biscuits. I had to make another order for biscuits.
This was the worst Church's fried chicken I've had in my life. I ordered 8 piece with corn and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were old or the gravy was old. I mean, we could not eat the mashed potatoes. The corn was old as well, maybe from the day before. The chicken tasteless and greasy. Want fried chicken, go to Popeyes or Boojangles, avoid this place.
We came through the drive thru at around 7:30 pm and ordered a 20pc leg and thighs. They asked if we wanted any spicy and we said NO SPICY. My daughter can't tolerate spicy food. We get home and she eats 3 pieces and the 4th piece was HOT. Very spicy. She too ONE BITE out of it and ran for a glass of water. We went back to the store for a replacement and the literally COUNTED THE NUMBER OF PIECES we brought back and would only replace that much. They would not replace one of the mashed potatoes because I had already eaten some of it... There is a note on the counter that tells people to check reciept and if there is a problem you must bring both reciept And food back... They didn't even give us the reciept. But we had just left their drive thru not 5 minutes before. What ever happened to making the customer happy? It's downright insulting the way the handle mistakes
Make sure you count your pieces was shorted two pieces also two other pieces did not have any meat. Went back to store they have a policy that last for two hours. Their customer service is awful. I brought the two pieces back in the box that were only bones fried. Would not replace or give credit.

Insulting customer service. When there is a problem with the order the will sit there and COUNT the pieces and only replace what's left
The chicken was burnt or overcooked (hard). Please do not sale burnt chicken just to make MONEY, this is how you lose customers.
This is the 2nd time I've had a horrible experience here. The 1st time I tried to overlook because they looked to be understaffed. This time was the worst experience I ever had with a drive through. I waited about 45 min for my order. No one was inside & I'm the 2nd car in the line. They had me pull around & during my 45 wait, 6 vehicles had been served. I had to literally yell continously to try to get their attention.( They were ignoring me purposely.) Come to find out, they forgot to make my order. After I get the food, I asked for more dipping sauce because they only gave me 1. I ordered a 15 pc chicken strip. The boy asked for my bag seeing that I checked it in front of him because he wasn't sure if the sauce was in the bag. He leaves & then comes the Owner/manager. He approaches, no mask, no gloves & ask to asked to see my bag because he put the sauce in the bag. Its almost like they're accusing me of stealing dipping sauce. I'm already upset at this point. So I decided to drive away. I drive home, which is an 8 min drive from the restaurant, & the chicken is ice cold & taste old! I wouldn't buy food from this location to feed to a pet! Never again!
Horrible dry chicken..I waited for fresh chicken and the owner dipped it in grease but it was pre cooked. The inside was dried out....the okra was good and the fries soggy....THIS LOCATION MAKES CHURCHES HORRIBLE and I have been eating Churches for over 20years. I sat in my car and tried to eat but went back in and showed the owner the inside of my chicken...and he was rude.STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION
