Fast service and friendly staff
Worst location in Gwinnett! I placed an order online and when I received it I was missing one meal and the meal I did receive was cold. But not only was it cold the rice wasn’t cooked. I received a cold under cooked burrito bowl. We had to throw way the food we did get because it was inedible. This is not the first time this location has messed our order. Thank goodness I was able to get a refund via the app rather then dealing with the staff directly.
Disgusting RUDE staff! I went in there to order a quesadilla like I normally would at any chipotle. The first staff told me that I couldn’t order one and only online. Being a regular customer I couldn’t understand why? I allowed customers to go ahead of so I wouldn’t hold the line until I seen that there’s quesadilla on the menu above me. I told the worker I would like oh and that it was on the menu and she refused in a very disgusting attitude. The cashier then followed behind her yelling at me telling me that I need to place the order online and that their system was down . As a customer how am I supposed to know that your system is down? Both parties attitude was DISGUSTING and uncalled for. I will be reporting this. Corporate. If you do not like your job simply do not work there ! I felt racially profiled and uncomfortable at this chipotle. Yesenia Palms and Jaime Coronado need to be better to their customer or chipotle needs to have them fired and hire new people to give better service to customers .
Terrible customer service. You have to order quesadillas online. This is not done at any other location. There approach is rude and dismissive. It’s dirty, tables are not clean. Floors are dirty and staff appear to be hanging around and when you ask questions they get mad and annoyed. It’s obvious they don’t like their job. Well don’t take it out on me. I will never visit another Chipotle because of this experience it’s not worth it. It’s sad because the owner is not aware of the staffs poor customer service. This is bad for business. When I said I want to talk to the manager she said I don’t care. Just imagine how they treat the food!!!
I went in today and my rice was under cooked. I asked for a remake and was instead told I needed to wait in the line of 16 people even though they messed my order up. I was a frequent diner here at chipotle but due to this experience I won’t be returning. An establishment that’s not willing to apologize or promptly fix their mistakes isn’t one I can dine at.
The worst chipotle in Lawrenceville. This dirty little shop tried to serve me brown wilted lettuce in my salad and refused service because I had an issue with the worker dismissing me when I said I didnt want shredded lettuce? I felt racially discriminated because Im not Mexican or Latino/Latina. This isnt the first negative experience Ive had here, today I spoke up, but never again. I do not recommend this dirty chipotle with poor biased customer service.
I got chicken burrito ? carry out when I got back home the food was ice cold not even slightly warm had to microwave it call restaurant told them and they just hung up on me they do not care wow I would not eat there
So i watched the girl put a ton of meat on the guys bowls in front of me (he did not order double) and she barely put a half scoop on mine. I asked for more and was told I would have to pay for double meat. So I am paying $10 for half a scoop of meat? Ridiculous. Your staff needs to be better trained.
Ordered my burrito bowl today and had a bug in my food. Highly disappointed &disgusted.
This location has completely gone down hill. The staff is rude. You pay for extra and they still give you the smallest portion possible. They move extremely slow.
