Visited this Chili's last night and got the best wait service for the second time in a row that we've eaten here. We were waited on by Salim (I think I spelled it right) He is an excellent waiter. Very attentive and goes beyond to make you enjoy your experience at this restaurant. Also, The food was Great as well. So, I would recommend going to this Restaurant for a meal and a Great Experience. Ask for Salim if you go. 5 Stars!!!
Ordered online was told I could pick up my food at 4:50- 4:55 I did not receive my food until 5:30ish, no ice in drinks, texas fries cramped in a tiny box, no customer service from staff or manager-spoke with both after waiting till 4:08 in go inside to see what was going on, once inside I couldhear them call for my Texas by at least four or five times and my side of fries with no seasoning salt at least three times so that means my other food got cold...an employee placed her parents order and tried to rush her own...so much to say!! Just trying to say this Chili's is OUTRAGEOUS!! Just really unhappy with this visit
Waited 45 minutes for our app to never come. Food was served hard and cold with no apology or explanation. Server hid the entire time. Have to go ask for a manager who comes out knowing there’s going to be a problem, says makes total sense our food is cold, there’s a computer issue. We leave frustrated and still hungry. Would have been nice to have been given the option of not wasting an hour of time.Maybe call ahead before visiting and make sure “their computers are working”.
What a nice experience! We just got dinner tonight and the food tasted delicious!! Most importantly, the lady serving my table was so sweet? i remembered her name was Jessica or so. I accidentally dropped a bag of fries on the floor and she was giving me the new fries even though they were about to close!! This place definitely gets my 2 big thumbs up ??

I am so disappointed in my order I paid around $20 and I got nothing what I asked for. They did a horrible job and am really disappointed in Chipotle at this time I can’t believe how bad they messed up on my order!!!
we had a great experience. staff was very welcoming and respectful of the fact that we had a service dog with us. made it such a wonderful experience for my son and his service dog. thank you
If I could give this rating a 0 star review I would. I first want to start off by addressing my experience with the server “Jessica”. Her serving and customer service in general was absolutely pathetic. She couldn’t even refill our drinks throughout the dinner or clear our table to have to space to eat. We had to get another server to bring us SILVERWARE AND napkins. And to top it off, when we payed with cash, she thought it was okay to keep our change and have an attitude about it. Furthermore, Jackie, “the manager”, didn’t keep it professional and came to our table to scream at us over a situation that could’ve been resolved easily. During the dinner, I also saw numerous customers complaining about the food/service. We will not be coming back and DO NOT recommend this Chili’s location!!!
