I typically frequent this location as it's literally up the street from my house and I may stop here about 2-3 x's/wk to pick up breakfast. It's all in the detail for me so when I order my breakfast, I'll order an egg white grill chicken with pepper packets. If I order here 5 times, I can usually guarantee that they'll forget the pepper packets 3 out of those 5 times. Reading is fundamental. I'll still frequent this location though as it isn't too bothersome.

You cant go to a Chik-fil-A and NOT get exceptional service and respect. As always, it does not matter who works there, the training given to the individuals that work there is commendable. You are treated AMAZINGLY well.

Wasn’t notified my food was delivered. Not sure if it was actually delivered or stolen regardless I called to confirm if it had in fact been delivered. Was talked to like I was lying and trying to get free food. I spend an insane amount of money with this specific location too so I was appalled. Was hung up on twice by two different managers. They refused to refund or redeliver until I called back the third time. Then was told if I ever tried to get a refund again it would be denied again implying I was stealing. Was told I didn’t ever have to spend money with Chick-fil-A again they didn’t care. Refused to put another manager on the phone. Spoke with corporate and was pretty much ignored. Ended up just reordering the food I was so hungry lol. The delivery boy was told to take a picture handing me the food again implying I’m lying. Took two weeks for the store manager to process my refund or even contact me about the situation. Did not apologize at all lol pretty much said it is what it is. Told me he would give me some free rewards since it had been so long with no response but NEVER got so much a free nugget. This location is extremely RUDE and disrespectful. Would never give them another dime. You shouldnt either.
I'm happy to purchase lunch from a company who takes such good care of their employees. Not only have they invested in a canopy to keep their workers out of the sun they equipped it with fans and heaters mounted above them.
If someone orders a large, please give them what they pay for. I paid for a large, when this clearly is a medium. Keep in mind I haven’t touched my food yet.
I always choose this location over the W Pike one. Whenever I come my food is always fresh and never soggy. They also make the cookies soft instead of hard like another location I know.. ? Highly recommend as you won’t be disappointed!
This location is usually ok but I ordered a 12 grilled count. They gave me an 8 count nugget. I drove back and Haley (idk if its the correct name but it was some heavyset girl with dark hair...acts lowkey slow. You'll know when you see her) asked to see the ticket...ok cool. Then she asked if I opened the nuggets. Of course, how else would I count the nuggets? She took the nuggets back instead (don't need to be doing that during covid). She also brought my drink to my car with the lid open and no straw. Haley needs to get it together. She forgot someone else's straw too. P.s....nobody would come and pay $16 for a 12 piece meal only to come get 4 more lil nuggets. She took it too serious.
