I would like to thank the amazing person that packed my order an didn't put the lid on the bowl of soup causing it to pour out ruining the rest or the order an spilling all over me an all over the things I was having delivered to the hospital where I'm a amputee patient! It was the highlight of my day to have no dinner because someone doesn't know how to pack a Togo order!
Our one time going to this location, they were really struggling to get food out of the kitchen in a timely fashion. Not the military-grade logistics we are accustomed to from the franchise. Admittedly, the food was of the usual quality when we did eventually receive it. Save time by skipping the drive thru and going inside. You might want to park at a different business and walk over, because the backed-up drive thru made parking difficult.
Placed order for delivery and when arrival time (12:38) had passed and status still showing that order is being prepared I went to the location to inquire. They had their usual over crowded lunch crowd and several people inside waiting on pickup orders. Took about 10 minutes to finally talk to someone and as he was telling me that my order was on the way because the driver was late (12:55 - 1p) and I could go back to pickup place and get my order. I kindly explained to him that I am here now and had been here for the past 10 minutes because food had not arrived within window time and I would like to cancel delivery and pickup my food now. After another 10 minutes of waiting I finally received 2 salads and when we went to eat them.....ONE OF THE ORDERS WAS WRONG.......no more CFA for a long while for me
Poor customer service at the window. They didn't give my receipt when paying, but the guy repeated my order. After waiting a very long time in the line. I received a small mac n cheese vs the large. When I said something to the guy at window he just looked at me and said they charged me for a medium. Okay why do I not have a medium or a receipt. I'll stick to the chic fil a on sugarloaf Parkway. Never any issues
Most UNFRIENDLY Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to.Last night they refused an order saying it would take 90mins.Today they said they can't take an order for sandwiches since they were still serving breakfast, though on a Saturdays they do sell sandwiches in the morning.Totally pathetic customer service!I was so very surprised and shocked with this experience.I thought they were kind, caring and compassionate and not just typical careless and biz minded people !
Disappointed in the customer service. Every person I was greeted by (hardly) seemed to hate being there. One girl taking my order was very nice. I wish I had gotten her name to give her recognition as she is why I’m giving 2 stars and not one. Other than that I’m very disappointed with the customer service that I’d expect from McDonald’s not chik fil a. Won’t be coming back to this location.
Instead of a Regular Deluxe sandwich I received an overcooked spicy sandwich with inedible tomatoes. The fries were limp with no salt. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else!
The guy that took our order at the speaker seems to be a little drainage like he didn't want to be at work. I asked for number one and he asked me if I just wanted the sandwich to me the number one is the meal asking for the sandwich itself is asking for the sandwich itself I had to explain it three times. Then our fries was not fresh so we had to wait for more fries. And our shake was not made the way that we asked it to be made which was without the topping so we had to wait for that as well to be remade.
It looks like they literally just took all my chicken minis and threw them in a box. It’s absolutely ridiculous ? usually they are so great but the past 2 weeks it’s been like this over and over. I spent almost $50-$60 every morning. This is absolutely NOT ok!
Very quick service. Food was fresh and hot. Great staff. Sometimes wait is longer than normal but that is to be expected since this location is by the hospital. They still get things done and take great care of customers.
