The employees who are preparing the foods need to change their sanitary gloves frequently. They brought the boxes from the back, cut and opened them with their gloves on, and then started to prep the toppings (tomato, lettuce, bacon, etc) with the same gloves on. I did not elevate this issue to the employees, but I threw their food into a garbage bin. Why do they wear sanitary gloves for? For food prep or working with boxes?
My food has been delicious EVERY TIME. It's never not been good. Xavier, the cook, be throwing down !
Cashier was friendly and the food was quick and delicious! They gave SO much meat and cheese on the old school philly, it was absolutely delicious
I usually do not rate - however i must agree with some of the customers who have recently visited this establishment.Let me start by saying that the employees MUST AND I REPEAT MUST, understand that speaking Spanish when you mess up someone order is unacceptable.I ordered my food, a young Spanish woman messed up by giving someone else my order. When I was standing there and I notice that people who came after me received their order, I showed them my ticket number. She proceeded by saying I called your number, I told the young woman you did not I was standing here all this time. She proceeded by talking Spanish to her colleagues saying oh that I received my order already. I answered her back in English and told her no i did not receive my order I was standing right here and you all saw me here standing. Do you think I want to stand here all this time. And I told her just because my skin color is black do not think I minute that I did not understand a single word you just said. She and everyone else was shocked including customers who was standing around. They are young people with lack of customer service. They need to be trained properly.

This Charleys is fantastic! Very Hard workers. I honestly feel bad for them because some customers demand too much in a rush hour. The crew to me handle the stress very well and never rude to anyone. Ive seen so many customers rude to them as well. But I will continue to support them because not only is the food good and fresh but the people there tolerate and handle everything well. Thank you guys from sugarloaf!
VERY rude manager, idk what I did to the guy but all I did was walk up to look at the menu didnt even say a word or ask a question ( was on lunch break and it was after 11:15ish) and he got snappy saying they weren't open yet, then when they opened (2 min later if that ?♀️) a women took my order he got onto her about something about my order when I literally ordered something displayed, then I get my sandwich and it was 45% lettuce and 50% onion and maybe 5% chicken there was NO MEAT ON MY SANDWICH OTHER THAN ONE BITE WORTH. My coworker orders for her and there's meat on her sandwich times 10.....I literally don't know what I did to the dude but I will never order there again , very unprofessional and rude. He probably spits in peoples orders that he chooses not to like, that is the honest vibe I get from him.
Wish I could rate lower. The worst Charlie’s I’ve ever had! I ordered a Philly with only cheese meat and onions on Uber eats. I got a Philly with lettuce tomatoes and pickles. Tried to call the store and got nowhere. Everything was cold and completely wrong.
I bought 2 sandwiches to take home. One was perfect and the other one had half of it missing when I opened the box.
