Stopped into this location for the first time tonight with my wife and father-in-law. Was blown away! No joke. The menu was an excellent variety of dishes and my BLT shrimp wrap was incredible.The best part of the visit was our server, Shannon. Top notch service, extremely friendly, professional, and sharp. She did not have to write down anything and our order was perfect. She was on top of our drinks and made sure that our order was good and that we were enjoying the meal. Shannon was very busy and seemed to be handling all of her tables with ease. She is the reason we will be back often.In addition, your kitchen staff really is on their game and made great food. Everything came out perfect.Please take a moment and recognize Shannon for her excellent service. She is an asset…hold onto her!
My first experience was great at Buffalo’s I have never heard of it before but I was glad that I tried it out. Nice clean atmosphere and it was even people waiting outside to get in. Their lemon pepper wings are AMAZING and Shannon was our server and we loved her. We will be coming back and hopefully we can have Shannon again as our server! Her smile, laugh, and conversation kept us comfortable and satisfied with our customer service.
The customer service is horrible at this place. I placed an order online and arrived when my food was expected to be ready. When I walked into the restaurant, there was no one at the front counter to greet the customers. When the young lady finally came to the front counter, she did not speak or address the fact that I was standing there either waiting to be seated or to pick up an order. I got her attention and asked if my order was ready. She responded with a slightly nasty response. I proceeded to sit down and wait until my order was ready. On two occasions, I asked her if the order that was sitting there was my food. She responded again in her nasty tone that my order was still being prepared. So after about another ten minutes, she said Sir, this is your order. I was shocked because she only said this after I asked her to check the status of my order. I was upset because I had sat there for 45 minutes waiting, and my food was already ready. I asked to speak with the manager only to provide some honest feedback on the customer service I experienced. He did not apologize but only defended her behavior and attitude. Please do not go to this place, their customer service is poor, and I will never return. Please tell others not to patronize Buffalo Cafe on Grayson highway.
We were a party of 9 and we truly came for the all u can eat wings for $20. It was a great environment to just enjoy family. Our server was totally amazing.
Waited a whole hour for our to go food, and had to call 4 times just to get updates on it! Normally I always leave tip but the customer service at this place is horrid. There were no sauce on my wings, either!

Not bad on Wednesday night. All you can eat wings and fries that are brought out a portion at a time.
Always sit at the bar if Brandi is working. She’s one of the best of the best. My usual is a couple of Blue Moons and a Hangover Burger and curly fries couple of shots of Tequila makes the night go by pretty quickly the other folks at the bar are pretty cool and some pretty cool regulars to have a great conversation with. Definitely recommend!
Shannon was a great server! She was very kind and fast, and the food was also delicious.
