I will never come back here again!! We are regulars coming here for my daughter’s one scoop strawberry ice cream for kids which we were charged $3.45. Scoop was a little slimmer than usual but that wasn’t the biggest issue. We were charged $1.19 for each cherry (she always gets three) and also the same for the sprinkles. So her ice cream cost about $8 for a childrens cup and my ice cream cost $3.45 for my one scoop in a cup which had about half the ice cream as normal. See photo. Altogether for 2 cups with one scoop each and the cherries and sprinkles the total cost was about $12. That’s not inflation. That’s gouging!! And to make matters worse, my daughter got an extra stem with her ice cream .. no cherry!! At least they didn’t charge us for that. Clearly this place is under new ownership. And they don’t respect their customers!!! I will now frequent another nearby Brewsters instead. Recommend you do the same!I’m so unhappy with this place.
Stopped by last Tuesday evening to pick up 2 Quarts of ice cream. No line and 2 people working, I thought great, this will be quick. The young lady that helped me could not have been less interested to be working. She barely communicated, walked around like Eore or Sad Sack and moved at the pace of a turtle. It took her more that 15 minutes to prepare 2 quarts. In the middle of putting my ice cream in the bag, she stops and goes to the other window to talk to another customer that walked up. By the time she got around to giving me my order, the quarts were nearly melted. Really a sad experience for a place the used to be fun to go. Where is the management oversight of these kids?
Closes at 10 got here at 9:30 wouldn't sell us ice cream needs new management or something
Staff is very friendly. Mostly young adults or high schoolers who work there. Great quality ice cream. A tad on the expensive side but worth it. The peach melba and rum raisin are my favorites.
Only sells ice cream, cakes, and pies.. pretty standard service, few mistakes.. fairly good customer service.. I'll be back again
Loved the employees. They let's us try so many flavors and recommended some great tasting ones. I love this place and it's atmosphere.

Got an Oreo ice cream in a waffle cone. The staff was kind and the ice was great. Awesome place to get some ice cream

I always get the chocolate raspberry truffles when I go to Bruster's but they didn't have any!! I got the Dino sundae for my niece, it tasted stale. Very disappointing!!!? ?
