Terrible customer service!Review Update:Thank you for your response. I visited this store last Friday and went through the drive-thru. I was asking if the store had a particular flavor in stock. The employee responded once, and when I asked a follow-up question, he responded with an attitude saying, "Yessss, we have it, so what do you want? Mind you, the store was not busy and I was the only customer in the drive-thru and only two customers were walking up to the storefront. I guess a customer asking a secondary question was an inconvenience to him. As a result, I drove off and visited another location where employees provided excellent customer service and had much more patience. Thanks again for addressing this issue.
This Bruster’s Ice Cream place needs to closed down for lack of follow directions & unprofessionalism. First of all, the drive volume is extremely low…low. I ordered 2 scoops of ice cream pistachios & chocolate in a cup.I politely advised the young lady with drive-thru headset on, that the volume was extremely low & very difficult to hear. She hunched her shoulder like whatever, I remain calm. My order was messed up instead of pistachios. I get lime sherbet didn’t know until got down the road. These are the most DUMBEST workers at Bruster’s!!!

Ordered 3 banana split...... but.... no banana and no stick pretzels. ??
All flavors should be on the outdoor menu. Which is also so hard to read. I wish you could order ahead of time because we always waited forever. Also, last trip our ice cream was baby scoops.
Super friendly employees and very generous portion.
I got ice cream and instead of giving me cotton candy explosion, they gave me chocolate. The ice cream tasted fine, but I did not like how they messed up my order.
I bought chocolate ice cream but it tastes weird and not like chocolate at all. it also has some kind of sour taste to it
Love bringing my kids here. They get a wonderful experience especially with the staff.
