I just bought a 2 scoop sundae from here. The price board states $4.99. Instead the cashier said the prices went up and charged me more. I asked for a manager to fix this and was told no manager is on and I would just have to pay the increased price ( which is not displayed anywhere). Last time here for sure.
The employees are so nice and friendly always. Best place for coffee. Wayyy better than Starbucks!

Every time I come to this location they never have bananas. Today I was there and they didn’t have bananas, strawberry or pineapple toppings or cookies & cream. I asked what ice cream do you have? I placed an order and the person at the window gave me my food and said alright…she didn’t say thank you at all. This location has the worst customer service and inventory management. They loss a customer today.
The girl didn't have the slightest clue what she was doing. For starters she wasn't listening to what I asked for and after having to correct her multiple times, she STILL gave me the wrong ice cream. Won't be back to this location. How hard is it to scoop ice cream into a cup?
If I could give them zero stars I would! I ordered a simple Father’s Day cake and it was a complete disaster! I had to talk to 3-4 different managers just to end up with a cake that looks like it was made for a funeral. My original cake was freezer burnt and old! I still don’t know what the nasty green ice cream on top is. I asked for Oreo.

Umar did an amazing job. Moved here from Boston MA. We know our Dunkin. Been disappointed every time we go to other Dunkins. Keep up the great job. Stay amazing.
