They left one of my sandwiches out of my drive through order. Didn't realize I til we got home. Called and spoke with the manager,Mr. Darrel. He was super apologetic and when I went back the next day, he had such a way of making me the customer feel valued and appreciated, I left a happy camper. Plus he really hooked me up for the inconvenience. EXCELLENT customer service, I will be a life long customer. Dear Arby's- Darrel deserves a raise. He is a great asset to your company.Just saying.
Shout out to the awesome Nini for taking such good care of me tonight. I needed help with my DoorDash order. All I had to do was call up to the store and she told me what to do in future. Thank you so much Nini for helping this hungry girl. I’ll come in and say hello one of these days! Fabulous customer service!
I placed an order today 03/19/22When my food arrived, it was in a white plastic bag. My fries was open and the plastic bag was not tied or handel with proper care. I called to make sure that the bag was sealed and I was told that it will be seal and it was a lie. Which is not safe. All foods order from here, should be seal in a proper bag not an unsealed plastic bag. There’s too much going already, so someone good should not be played. I won’t be order from here anymore. Money gone to waist.
The wait time was unbelievably long I sat at the speaker for over 10 minutes before someone took my order and waited another 15 minutes to get my order. There was only 1 car in front of me when I pulled up there's no excuse for such long wait times. The manager, Rita said they were short handed but the dining area has been closed for months because of covid. If three people can't run a drive thru something is wrong!!
Placed order, drove to window paid, was asked to pull forward, pulled forward, and waited. Waited over 15 min for 4 sandwiched. You would think after waiting all that time my food would have been fresh... so what was I waiting for? Not sure if I will be revisiting.
Can't ever go wrong with a beef and extra cheeser with horseradish sauce ? Just don't eat it in your car. You should never eat and drive yet sometimes we all can't help it. Just don't try with this sandwich. ?
A great place to eat. With the coupons this was a very affordable meal. We had a large order and everything came out correct and fast. The food was very delicious.
Came through drive through, once food was home realized they forgot both aujus for the 2 French dips I ordered and the marinara for the mozzarella sticks. Upon calling, a female who answered the phone sounded irritated. After trying to tell her what they missed in my order she cut me off and rudely said is I drove back there (close to 20 min away) she would give me the aujus and marinara. I explained I would like fresh sandwiches and mozzarella sticks since mine would be cold by the time I got the aujus and marinara. She said I would have to return the sandwiches and food (wife was already on her way without the food) I told her I was not driving again and wasting more gas and that I would return the food the next day on my way to work (because the day staff is more friendlier)She was very rude and hung up on me, a customer that spends money there regularly to feed my family including young children. I am very disappointed by their service and how this person treated me because of a mistake THEY made. Unless they make it right they will be losing my business. I would not recommend doing business there in the evening and the person I spoke with should be reprimanded for her treatment of customers and taught what customer service is. The nerve of this employee/manager or whoever she was.
Five stars for service. Service was FANTASTIC!! Food was old and dry. The huge pit at the drive through window is a danger zone.
Saturday, January 8, 2022, 12:50 P.M. - I just went through the drive-thru and a girl could not take my order because she was sick and blowing her nose. I left. Nice horror story.
