I asked for crispy and they rushed my food to me then after I said make it the way I asked they cooked it to the point it’s hard as rocks never going to American deli again the manager did that to try and spite me but this is what the review section is for
Good.But it cost me a whopping $100 bill for 100 wings and 1 large order of french fries.Everything is too Exspensive.
Never go on a Friday night. First I asked for a 10pc wing combo mild and lemon pepper mixed. They charge 50 cent for the mixed flavor. Anyway I get my food and the wings don’t have lemon pepper on them. I tell the cashier and she’s like you have sprinkle the lemon pepper seasoning on them. So me not thinking about it. I leave because they are extremely busy. So I called back wondering why I was charge the mixed flavor fee. So I go back in the store and the owner takes my plate and pour the cold lemon pepper sauce on my wings. Not only that I ordered crispy so now I have a plate full soggy wings. I am dissatisfied.
horrible. dont go here. they remade my order 3 times. THREE. i ordered 10 piece honey bbq all flats. they gave me 3 and they were a mixture. not just flats. so i go back and they redid it again after thinking i was lying. got it wrong AGAIN. I told them like 5 times at this point he wanted all flats and it was not all flats AGAIN. So the 3rd time they made it, thought it was fine. Until i got back to my workplace and there was only 8 pieces of wings. This american deli doesnt even taste that good. If you go here, double check your food.

Food is great. Service is absolutely terrible. Make sure to go up to the register and ask if they have your order # ready because they will not call it out and your food will just be sitting there getting cold.
I placed my order and it was ready pretty quickly! The staff was friendly and this location was clean.My son said the food was delicious. Will go back.
Ordered ahead. Philly cheesesteak sandwich and 10 piece wings to go. Cost was $ 17.47 While the cheesesteak sandwich was satisfactory...the score is lowered due to the fact that the wings tasted like I was eating an old piece of meat. The wings, Did not taste fresh at all. The meat was hard eventhough it has spicy chili sauce on it. I really felt like I was served chicken wings that should have been thrown out,instead of cooked. Needless to say, disappointed customer:(!
Chicken served was old and hard reason for the 2star. Spent $17 on hotchili wings and cheesesteak sandwich ( the cheesesteak sandwich was fresh,4star) however because I was served chicken that should have been thrown out overall score 2star. Waste of my hard earned cash
Whoever the young, short, fat Hispanic cashier is needs to be FIRED! I called three times f from the parking lot to order my food ahead because I was on a very important call. He kept putting me on hold! I can clearly see there is no customers instead. After about 15 minutes I walk inside he’s standing laughing and talking to a friend. I ask him is this why you got me on hold??? He states he’s sorry and forgot about the phone’ !! Then says that I can order because they’re not busy! I said I can clearly see you’re not busy!!!! It’s soo annoying and very unprofessional !! Never coming here again
