Dang I see that reviews here are already bad. I came in with my daughter and grandma and a woman named Kahli took our order and was rude to me and my grandma. She rushed us to order our food and was very nonchalant with her service. She didn’t make us feel welcomed at all. This is very unlikely for a zaxbys and I’m saddened that their even hiring people with this kind of attitude. It’s very bad for business. On the other hand their was a guy by the name of Jacob if I’m not mistaken or his name could be Jason. He was cleaning and assisting customers in the seating area. He was very attentive and welcoming and helped make our visit here better. 5STARS FOR HIM!
Not only did I have to wait over 20 past the pick up time, but the order was completely wrong when I got home! I’ve always had issues getting the boneless wings tossed in the wrong sauce, but if you’re gonna make me wait that long, you could atleast get the sauce correct!
I currently work here and definitely have to say the atmosphere and people are great. It’s so fun and upbeat and all my coworkers get along with each other.
I got to this location at 9:45pm to order food through the drive through and they explained they only had enough food to do one zax snack which didn’t make sense to me because the location closes at 10pm which the worker in the drive thru did agree on as well. Why are y’all closing before closing time? You have one job as a fast food worker. Cook the food according to the menu and serve it to the customers. Why is that so hard?However the manager did correct the problem and cooked our food as we asked fresh.
I was calling to fix a transaction. You won't answer your phone. Your loss.Edit: Someone finally answered the phone. I explained that I was calling because my card showed accepted on my receipt but I got a declined notification from my bank. The young lady that claimed to be a manager said it was ok. Didn't knw they quit serving celery with your Chicken wings as much as they cost. I even ask the lady taking the order did ya get cerley and she said yes. Then she was told we wanted water & s h e charged us for 2 soft drinks. My wife went back to the counter & told the Manager what she did. He gave my wife back the money the lady charged her. The food was good. Just disappointed how they take your order. They don't listen. Check your ticket like we did. It's Funny the Zaxby' s on Lafayette Parkway will let U Eat inside but the one on Commerce Ave. Won't. Don't make sense! The way gas prices are I not wasting my gas waiting in line since it is ok for along time do dine inside.
Ordered two cob salads. Very little chicken as compared to the website photo. There wasn’t any egg or bacon. Lot of brown spots on the lettuce and the lettuce tasted very old. It wasn’t worth the price, not at all! If the salad is fresh I fear most other food products probably aren’t fresh either. Not going to return
Horrible customer service. Was given wrong drinks and the girl at the window wanted to argue with me about it. She acted like I was bothering her.
My chicken strips were overcooked and hard. I have never had chicken like this before at Zaxby’s. The tea wasn’t good either and I love the tea, but not at this location.
This was the worst Zaxabys I have ever visited. The food was good. The Service on the other hand. Extremely rude!!When I said I could not hear the young lady, with the multiple colored hair, at the drive through window because she was looking back at her coworkers and not out the window towards me, the attitude was massive! In stead of repeating she slammed the window.When she comes back. The attitude was even worse.She hands me our food. 5 orders shoved into one bag. And slams that innocent window, again.I proceed to inspect the food only to see Im missing a fork. (I ordered a salad).“I’m missing a fork”That little girl turn to her coworker and says “give HER a fork”.Ok now. I have had enough.Where’s your manager?I don’t know.Really!?!?♀️… I drive off. And here we are.Get this little girl off of the window. If you do not want to deal the public then do not work with the public.If a customer says. I’m sorry I can not hear you.Just speak up!!I’m so sick of people who don’t want the job they applied for. Especially when dealing with the public.
