I pulled up to the drive through at 9:45. The line was long but I waited. When I pulled to the speaker the lady told me they were closed. I stated that I had been in line before closed and all she responds was “we closed”. I asked to speak the manager and told her the same thing. She said “we closed” I then stated again I was in line at 9:45 and waited. She then said “well then we out of food”. I am disappointed and applaud at the lack of customer service and rudeness of this establishment.
The food was hot, tasted good. Except for the zalad, it wasn't as fresh looking or tasting. Will go back, but will handle my salad cravings somewhere else.
Terrible customer service from manager, very rude. If you hate working customer service get a different job. Will not eat here ever again. Do not recommend this location. They will get your food wrong then throw away perfectly good chicken fingers in your face instead of letting you keep it.
This Zaxbys is always good. Staff has always been friendly. Prompt service and great food
Horrible management.. Staff only works at one speed.. SLOW .. the drive thru is probably one of the worst in Lagrange.. How does this manager still have a job?
The staff was nice, professional, wore masks, and the food was absolutely delicious!
Me and a friend went through the drive-thru at Zaxby's, since the dining room is still closed to the public, just after the lunch rush. The employees were friendly, attentive, and quick. Our food was fresh and had just been cooked which accounts for the wait time being what it was, which still wasn't longer than necessary. The girl at the window was really sweet and even complimented my friend on her earrings. Good job Zaxby's!!
Food was fresh. Wait was long. Ordered online prior to arriving. Had to pull into parking space. and wait after being in line.
Drive thru was slow. Then when I got my order and drove home and took my salad out of the bag and it qas the wrong salad. Called the Manager and she was not helpful.
Zaxbys is known for having a long wait, but good food. Today the wait wasn't even that bad.
