When you call the number on the website, it's not for the store, it's door dash even though they answered the phone as WnB. The lady could never understand me and I asked her to repeat my order several times and when I got there, she still had my order wrong. The store refused to fix it. Their prices are too expensive to be getting my food order wrong. Take the number off of the stores website first off. Secondly, if my order is wrong, fix it!
Cheese steak was good, roommate's double jalapeno burger was great. I got a half full box of soggy onion rings which cost $6.49. Very disappointed, don't recommend onion rings.
Customer service is very poor! Do not order through a third party and your food is not right bc the restaurant will not fix the issue! My wings were suppose to be lemon pepper dry rub. They had no lemon seasoning on them and they were dry and hard! I had to inconvenience myself and leave work and they would not remake my food. I will not be ordering from this establishment again. They were also rude!
The wings are good. I love the honey lemon pepper flavor.
I usually get chicken and fried rice.It's always good! I get the small and it's enough for two or three meals.I have also gotten hamburgers, gyro wraps, and more...It is always good.
Wings taste great, but are sooooo tiny. Priced the same as big wing places. Nothing comes with sides although pictures on Doordash show sides. $9 for a burger with no sides. 3 chicken tenders for $9 with no sides. Ordered a burger plain with no veggies or sauces....came with veggies and sauces. Overpriced for what it is and confusing as to what is or isn't included. Won't be ordering from here again.
Always on point. Food never takes too long for me. Literally everything on the menu is pretty good. They will cook your wings how you want no problem.
Ordered placed through jackrabbit deliveries at 7:15pm. Was told would be a delay of an hour and a half which we were fine with, however when jackrabbits driver arrives at wing and burger factory they are told the restaurant is closing and wont fulfill the order for us. This was at 8:40pm. They close at 9pm, the driver was there in plenty of time. Sorry excuse for a small business but they are extra lazy and do not care apparently about their customers. We will never spend another dime with this place. Terrible terrible experience.
The food that was ordered was made wrong and did not represent what was on the menu. After making a complaint i was told that it was for another location and when i explained that i pulled the menu from the lagrange location. This is false advertising and was very disappointed in the food, after spending $27.
First time ordering here & it will be my last for wings. The wings are so tiny and overcooked ? They were also lacking in flavor.
