So the drive thru worker tells me they are understaffed but if I order on mobile they will take my order ☠️ Please tell me how that works? And then no less then 5 minutes later they start taking drive-thru orders. Claimed they got "situated". I love Wendy's and have been to many of their locations but this one is my least favorite
Walked up and these country bumpkins were all outside smoking and tell me that the dinning room was closed however the sign on the door says it's open. They were rude and looking at me like I needed to go away. NEVER EVER again‼️
Service SUCKS!! they don’t close until 1am but @11:30 they wrote ignoring customers and not taking orders, they suck and have horrible service. i am not satisfied !!
Chicken was dry n stake. It seemed old like it's been sitting there awhile. Wasn't warm at all. N I didn't get the cheese I asked for that cost $0.60. The extra Mustard was thrown on the side of the burger. Cold hardly any onions or lettuce. Just not a good hot sandwich.
We came as greatful customers. We where happy that this Wendy's would stay open till 1. Despite other reviews we wanted to try this location. Yet when we arrived not only did they say there "systems where down" even after there being a car at the window. I then tried to ask a question and instead of a reply I got "Umm Hello I said our systems are down". If this is how the employees treat customers and decided they want to be lazy instead of work. They should just close sooner and save everyone the trouble. If I could I'd put a zero star
I ordered fish and got a chicken sandwich. It was really good, but it wasn't what I wanted. I ordered unsweetened tea and got sweet. I caught that before I left and she did fix that for me. I really don't know what was going on that day.
The most disrespectful service I’ve ever seen. I will not be going back there I would not suggest anyone going to this location. And who ever is in charge of this staff that is working at 7:30 pm at this location you might need to see what is going on. Plan out disrespectful.
Ordering on drive thru was ok, employee refused to give me a receipt for meal purchase and not sure why. I asked another employee and she reluctantly gave me my food purchase receipt finally. Food was ok.
OK for a quick bite. I like the free senior coffee and drinks with a purchase. Also for a $2 keytag you get free junior Frosty for the calendar year.
Aweful, food was not fresh. Burger was dry , fries cold, baked potato hard. They didn't get my complete order. Needs to improve, won't be going back!
