I cannot stand in this Wendy’s they always miss up my order They always have attitude make you pull up for a very long time they just need to get it together
Do NOT order delivery here.They gave me one-third of what I actually paid for: the fries. I ordered a full combo meal with a burger and drink, had to spend almost half an hour on customer service to find out that they don't even allow 'changes' or a 're-order' yet alone refused to give me a full refund.If you're ordering through any delivery service: be careful. They will deliberately ignore half your requests at this restaurant. I reccomend ordering at a different location of Wendy's.
The drink machine was dirty. Most of your flavors were out. Had to get Coke Zero after I told the person that waited on me to get some Coke Zero from the Drive Thru . Never did anyone attempt to put cartridge in the Drink machine to get what you would want. I was wanting Diet Dr. Peper. Like I said they were out of a Large selection of Soft Drinks. I pulled to the Drive thru & asked if you could eat inside & they said yes. So I ate inside. I told them they ought to put on their sign outside Dine In Open .Way gas prices are who wants to waste gas in long lines in the Drive Thru. Seems like Wendy's on Whitesville Rd has their Act together. Service is better out there. Drink machine is clean & not out of Soda drinks. FOOD was good on Vernon St.
I really appreciate Mr. Tyree and Ms. Holly and Mrs. Pam they took my order with eye contact and listened to everything I said it's good to have some one to appreciate my service by stopping by for lunch. Thank you All VERY MUCH!
The guy on morning shift this morning was rude told me I couldn’t make 2 separate orders at the speaker and I heard him say in background that he was gone throw food at me cause I was saying that was a lie cause I’ve never heard of that but didn’t do it I just thought it’s was so unprofessional and rude and somebody need to do some about that
I'm not sure what is worse...the belligerent staff, the dirty dining room, the crusty drink service area, or the mediocre cold food. It all works together to make this a place to avoid at all costs.
Overall, terrible!! Price on drive thru menu not honored and then the food was horrible. Cold fries and burnt meat. Not desire to turn around and ask for refund, but will not visit again
Great people and good fast food.
That $1 breakfast sandwich was awesome.
