Delicious food and fast friendly service!
Service has gone downhill here now that they have a completely new staff. This was the best waffle house in LaGrange in terms of service when they had the old staff. My family recently ate here and apart from getting our food and drinks we never saw our server again during our visit. She didn't stop by to give us refills or take away empty dishes or nothing, and she walked past us several times. No one else waited on us either. Because of the terrible service we received we left no tip, and we always leave a good tip. This was my go to WH because the old staff was always on it with a smile on their faces no matter how busy they were. I won't be coming back to this one unless they get better staff, or retrain the current staff in customer service, so that everyone gets good service.
I usually just stick to the waffle but I tried the Patty melt and it was not good at all it was too salty. I could have put up a fuss and gave it back. However the company need to make money so I paid the bill. I just will not be going back.
Waffle House is the only place in town that knows how to cook hashbrowns. That is why I go there.Am sorry to report on the cleanliness of this place. I was by myself, so I sat at the counter. It was not wiped clean by the waitress. Plates were stacked up on both sides of me for nearly the entire time I was there. People had been there when I sat down but very shortly, they left. A second waitress came in front of me, dropped something in the sink and splashed up soapy water on the counter in front of me and didn't even bother to wipe it up. My waitress did finally clean up the plates surrounding me, just as I was finishing up. But she left the entire counter unwashed.This lack of cleaning up after people left was not the always the case here. My wife and I have been here and things were different. And it is not just because of the pandemic or being short staffed. The waitress had the time, she just didn't seem to want to clean up the counter.Going to try the new Waffle House next time...
Usually I love it here.but the last few times the sweet tea was lame very strong..the grits were chunky..the Biscuits and gravey had to much salt
The only thing I can say is that the one's working could have been a little more perfecnail the waitress didn't come over to see if we wanted more drinks the cook was told that we didn't want cheese on our order and he put it on the bread and then takes it off I could taste it because it had started to melt some he didn't change the bread sounds like y'all need to have a talk with your cook when someone says No Cheese They Mean No Cheese ??? We ARE Not Rats If I Was I Sure Would Not Be Eating Out I Would Be Eating Out Of My Own House.
The fastest service ever! Great staff, great customer service, great food. Highly recommend. Me and my family will definitely be back.
I ordered in the midst of a large order. I was the only one left. some one asked about this lady. Meaning me and the cook said i fixed her order a long time ago. He said me "I will fix it again. In the midst of thingsThe meal was prepared and I was told it was. 15.00. I said that was not my offer and proceeded to tell them what I had orderedThe lady interrupted me again and said.The waffle house cannot and i cannot give you be $7.00
Love the food just don't like when they get crowded
It’s Waffle House, the food is always good, and the staff, in my experience, is always pleasant. I have visited many stores and love it every time.
