I went in for lunch today. The staff did not even speak or acknowledge that I was in there. I placed my order to go and they still did not speak a word. . I ordered a chicken teriyaki. When I got to my destination I had chicken and white rice on the side, that was it. There were no vegetables it was very plain. The rice was mushy and the chicken had no flavor. It was terrible. I threw it away. Waste of money.
We used to go here all the time but tonight was regretfully the last time I will be going here. We walked in wondering if it was now a Mexican bar because the music was SO loud. We had to ask the lady at the register. We tried to sit down and eat but the customers at the large table in the middle were so loud they made that impossible. They also started started making fun of other nationalities in Spanish and that was the last straw. We tried to cancel our order but the food was ready so we took it to go. My husband told the lady that claimed to be the owner we would never be back and why. Once we got home, our order was wrong and the food was no where near the quality or portion size it used to be for the price so we knew for sure we made the right choice. So sad to see such a good place go so far downhill.
I got the teriyaki plate half chicken and half steak and there was no teriyaki seasoning on the food, the rice was not good. Also, the Yum Yum sauce was not good and it just tasted like mayo. This was my first and last time eating here.
Horrible place to eat. Never go there again. Food was fair is the crowd and the music was too loud it looks like is a Mexican bar who's like customers were rude and obnoxious to customers from other nationalities.
The food didn’t taste good it tasted funny and I asked for steak only nothing else On it and they didn’t listen the drinks tasted like nothing DONT go here we spent 60 on are food for beef and chicken and soup not worth buying.
Order the chicken and shrimp hibachi and everything was burnt, the only good thing was the soup we got that goes with the meal. The sauce they use taste like watered down mayo. This place used to be the best in town.Do not recommend eating here. Don’t waste your money.
Horrible experience! DO NOT RECOMMEND! This used to be one of my favorite sushi/ hibachi restaurants and now it’s just disgusting. To start off the server gave us the bottle of yum yum and it was SOUR it literally tasted like acid. My sushi was almost burnt (the tiger roll), no refills unless we asked multiple times, cold food, and just nasty all together. Will definitely be going to Jin’s from now on. We paid $55 for horrible food and we were offered no discount or given an apology for such horrible food. I don’t usually leave reviews but I will never return and felt others should be warned.
Server was I. I thought it was OK I ordeed the spring road my sister ordered a small fried rice to go as well I thought it was a bit pricey for what we ordered. It's a take out resturant so the should never be a reason to burn done ones spring roll!!
Ordered a birthday/anniversary dinner. Ordered sushi boxes only got 1 shrimp, 1 gyozu, no wasabi and no side salad. Not returning.
Very clean establishment. Food is good. Large portions.
