My wife and I went to Taco Bell in LaGrange ,GA on 5/24 at 6pm.We went inside. It was dirty with one employee asleep on one of the tables. There were 5 folks behind the counter - no one worked the register. They made us use the Kiosk so we could not ask any questions- sorta like pumping our own gas.......It took a while but we completed our order and the "food" was ready in a timely matter. BUT.....the food was all cold and STALE and only 1/2 portions!The little cups of cheese we ordered were less than half full, the chicken soft tacos had only 2 pieces of chicken and a small scattering of lettuce bits, and the tortillas tasted and felt 3 days old (stiff, brittle, and cracked).For 3 orders, me, my wife, and we also had a to go order for our son, it was almost $40. I understand the prices going up but the bad food and lack of service were terrible!!!!!No employees looked happy to be there unlike Chic-Fila where all employees are always smiling and eager to help customers and you feel welcomed. We felt like we were intruding that evening.I grew up loving Taco Bell but this ruined us, We won't be back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! I put a $10 order in on their indoor kiosk, they claim they did not receive the order even though the money was deducted from my account. When I confronted them ablut this they refused to make my order or give me a refund. I had to go through corporate to get my money back. DO NOT GO HWRE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

4 walk in families waited 20 +min for food. Staff took care of 5 drive through order before they took care of walk in orders. Why ? They should take turns .I know they may be short staffed but I'm on 25 minutes now and no food yet. I'm hungry

Very nice and pleasant employees. So nice to find a sit in restaurant with very nice employees. You all rock keep up the great work you all are doing.

*New*** my husband and i went there last night with hia brother.. When we went in my sugar was bottoming out and i was getting sick..the manager noticed and stopped what she was doing to run and grab me a soda!!!! The heart of the manager at this store is absolutely remarkable!!!!! I want to say thank you again!!!!! The young lady that checked us out was extremely rude...however the manager did address and take care of the situation and she was very polite and helpful

Horrible management they need a new gm she is rude and doesn't know how to shut up and listen to her employee's and she thinks she is always right and acts like she does nothing wrong but in all honesty she's the problem

Customer service was ridiculous treated me like nobody I will not be back to this Taco Bell I will not order nothing here . and if I could read it at zero it would be and they was a girl in there whenever I went to go and give my order name she was over the corner over the intercom saying uh no like like she a man child lmao very professional how you conduct your store

I ordered a box of tacos. They had special instructions. They did not get my order right, and nobody in my house would eat them, but I did not notice until I got home. I couldn't even find a phone number to call them so I had to call another Taco Bell to get that phone number and then when I did call them nobody would answer. I did end up leaving an email. I realize people make mistakes and it's easy to do in the restaurant industry, but it's understandable that the mistake should be fixed. But it seems this Taco Bell cares not. Oh well.

Decent service, slower than expected.

Quick, friendly service. However, the drive through was closed and the staff seemed like they were unsure of what came with each product I ordered. I believe it was because of a new guy behind the counter. I don't fault him at all. I ended up having no issues with my order, mainly because the others making my meal were genuinely concerned with making it correctly, just as I wanted it (no onions).
