I have been to this location MANY TIMES!!! The manager is OUTSTANDING!!! Everyone that works there is always very patient and kind. I have ordered multiple party trays on several different occasions and I’ve never been disappointed. Everything always looks nice and tastes amazing. If you’re looking to cater this is the place to go.
Stop by tonight at 8:20 PM cashier at register lights off Sign says store closes at 9 PM cashier looked at me then look back at the register very dissatisfied!!
2/19/2022 12pm came in for lunch and had the absolute rudest females make my food. She shook her head when I said I had 3 sandwiches and ad the nastiest attitude about everything. Worst customer service I've had.
This was one of the freshest Subway sandwiches I have ever had. The staff was friendly and moved with a sense of urgency. I also appreciate that it was very clean.
Was out of Mayo, only had small packs but ham sub was great.

Worst location to go to. The workers are lazy and drag their feet when fixing your food. Also the black girl there with the nose ring is rude. Please don't waste your time, people.
Went by just now 7.26.21 at 7:15. Doors are locked. Employees just looked at us and didn’t acknowledge we were standing there. There were 5 customers standing outside talking about the situation and wondering what was going on. There was one customer waiting inside. When one of the employees working unlocked the door to let her out she told all of us that were waiting that they were only doing DoorDash or mobile orders. We could place an order online but it would be about 30 minutes before we would get it!! No sign on the door or anything to let customers know what is going on!!!
The subway inside of walmart on New Franklin rd, the worker had a attitude. I asked for a ham fresh melt and I wanted to add turkey. He only had a few pieces of turkey left so he said I don't have anymore turkey, I said you don't got no more turkey in the whole store? He said I got to go and cut it I said ok I don't got anything to do I can wait. When I got home I seen the fresh melt didn't have the grill lines on top of it so I know it wasn't melted correctly.
