Inventory for sandwiches is always lacking. Multiple items have been unavailable on many of my visits. This location needs to focus on 100% inventory and better customer service.
On line order wasn't prepared 40 minutes later. unable to make 3 sandwiches due to wrap frozen and one not available anymore. So I asked for 3 different sandwiches, said they cost 10.00 ea. So she could make them. Also I needed to go to Amp to cancel order. So I asked if she could make 3 clubs sandwiches. She asked what kind of clubs, I replied the ones on the menu. Another 5 minutes she still had a confused look on her face. I said to forget about the call in and just make 3 subway clubs. Min passes. I told her to forget about the order, and I just left.
Customer service is terrible went in there because I never received my delivery order and the lady working was very rude and had a attitude I promise I won’t be returning and I will be contacting corporate very unhappy with my service
Ordered online, took my money. When we drove 20 minutes to the store we got told that they had no bread. Employees wouldn’t help us, told us to call corporate.
Second time now I've ordered online, they said my order was confirmed and when I get there the store is closed.
it’s ridiculous at this location now . they’re never stocked , extremely slow . it’s AWFUL. would not recommend AT ALL .

Subway at this Roanoke rd. Is the very bad employee were not professional at all and she was cursing in front of my kid I am really disappointed with their service.
On one trip, we ordered ahead but food wasn't ready when we arrived. On another trip, they didn't have any bread. The customer service varies from trip to trip but is generally mediocre at best.
