We came by today and the guy at the counter acted extremely confused and awkward when we tried to get our order started.He got the bread, meat and cheese toasted for my husband and then just left it on the counter. After several minutes of him chatting with his coworker at the register, and random people coming up, and both associates ignoring me and another person in line, we were getting irritated and started to wonder if we would ever be served. Then one of the associates started smoking her vape and my husband was like “Ok, we are walking out.” So we left, and they didn’t even say a word.Amazing how difficult it seems to be for grown people to just make a sandwich.*I saw a review from a month ago and it seems this is an ongoing issue. I suggest you get better staff.
I will never return to this location. There was hardly any meat or vegetables available. The bread was old and stale. There were two young employees that acted like we were bothering them to do their job. One of them was high as a kite. Every time we asked him something he would pause and then say I don’t know. The ice machine was not working. I am not sure why they are even open. If the owner is reading this. Take more pride in your business. Hold your employees accountable. Don’t waste this opportunity.
