If you’re not going to let people inside your store, than cancel pickup and mobile orders. It’s terrible! And this store has trouble keeping up with long lines. If you’re going to close inside, make sure outside is convenient. And they don’t always honor your dairy free requests. They put regular milk instead of soy, but up charge you anyways.
The lids didn’t fit the cups at all. We had to take the lids off to drink. Thats never happened before. And they didn’t fill the drinks all the way. The drink was about an inch from full. But the Danish was good and so we’re the drinks. Also fast just I paid for it and didn’t get it full on both drinks.
If you can’t open the whole restaurant, then don’t open. Drive thru line wrapped around in different directions blocking all other businesses. At least leave mobile ordering open for those that know what they want instead of getting in the drive thru with people who take 5 minutes to order. It’s faster to drive to Newnan and get a coffee then go here and that’s at 10 am on a Saturday, which according to Google is a slow time. Get it together Starbucks.
The past 3 days the store has been closed at 345 with a sign that says sorry we missed u this is a lil crazy so I guess I’ll go to Dunkin’ from now on
My favorite place in the world! What's not to like. The coffee and the snacks are always nice and fresh. The restaurant is clean. The staff seems to be friendly. I always stop by this particular location when I visit Lagrange. I recommend this location.
Very chaotic and unorganized… They have the lobby open but you cannot order in the lobby?? Makes no sense… so enjoy waiting 45 minutes in the drive through!

I went through the drive thru, we ordered a breakfast sandwich which was delicious!!! However I ordered a grande Carmel ribbon Frappuccino no whip add foam and extra Carmel crunch... when I received the drink it didn't look like it normally does so I said that it wasn't right but the guy assured me that it was...I left to finish my errands and no the drink was not right at all!!!! There was no Carmel crunch hardly, the was no Carmel at all and the drink didn't taste good like it normally doez...I wasn't happy especially since I tried to tell them it wasn't right
Stopped by on my way home from Atlanta. The building is small. The customer service was great and fast!
