Went yesterday can you say Ghetto staff they were are mad at each other and rude to customers the manager was a lady she was worst than the crew do not eat here people a brand. New restaurant now is ghetto worst place to eat

Waited at the front when it was empty for 15 minutes the women at the window in a brown shirt was screaming about how she wasn’t going to be doing this anymore. When another employee (black male with hat) alterted her to our presence that was her response to him. She had an awful attitude and kept rushing the order as well. This is the worst service I’ve ever had ANYWHERE. I’ll be contacting corporate
Absolutely wonderful staff! They’re very short staffed right now so please be patient. We waited quite a while to be able to place our order they only had four people working during rush with a drive thru line wrapped around the building and no one to man the front counter. Manager was awesome running from cooking to helping her workers and taking orders up front. Absolutely great! So sorry you are short staffed right now my household adores Popeyes so we’re fine with any wait time!
Awful customer service. I typically don’t leave reviews but employees should treat customers with the respect that they receive.Was yelled at by someone over the intercom over a “misunderstanding.” I asked the employee who was standing outside, giving cars directions, if “they are open” and the person on the intercom yelled at me. I stated that I was speaking to the employee that was by the car and they stated “I don’t care” and continue to yell at me through the intercom.I understand people are frustrated, but by this incident I left and so did the other customer that would’ve been next in line.
I was given someone else's total order, & I guess they had mine. I ordered spicy; the chicken was mild with 1 of the wrong pieces. At least the breast was fresh but the wing was hard. I was long gone before I realized the mishap. Very disappointing.
Delicious! Staff was friendly and lively. We even got a bunch of extra fries, nuggets, and sauce! Soul-food on the go, basically. It was hard not to swallow without chewing, everything tastes so good! The fries, biscuits, and chicken go so well all together! Crispy skin and soft gooey insides, just how fried chicken should be.
They have been out of fish sandwiches the last two times I visited. They were out of strawberry lemonade as well. I got a spicy chicken sandwich instead and they left out the french fries.
Too many times to count that I've ordered spicy and continously receive mild!! If you dont have spicy please say that!! You don't answer your phones either.
This is sad a whole 14 piece look just like this at the Popeyes in Lagrange ga never will they get my money again they are cutting the chicken in half and selling it to us
