Ordered medium pan pepperoni got all the way home no pepperoni. Evidently employees cannot read properly. Someone said I needed to bring back & they would replace- yeah right we are no where close so we wasted gas. Plus pizza tastes like crap. This Pizza Hut is no longer a edible option here in town. No more. If upper management reads your reviews get your employees trained & if they can’t read or comprehend a order get them out of kitchen. You’ve lost us & judging by reviews many more plus no one there at 5:30???
My husband went to pick up the order and he was cussed out. He was told the order would be canceled. I live in columbus and my husband lives in Franklin. I can pick up my order in columbus and bring to Franklin since they don't want my business
I would to have my food hot and I only had one topping on my pizza
Better customer service the manager was very rude and unprofessional. I waited an hour for my order because they forgot where my food was and when they finally discovered it which was 40mins later it was burnt and dry from being in the warm box too long. Then they still tried to offer it to me smh worst experience in my life! After they saw my frustration and anger they tried being polite and offered to replace the order but sadly the damage was done I just said fine but I'll never eat at that particular establishment again!
Timely manner on having it ready but my wings that was bone in was not worth the money. Very disappointed in my order. The boneless wings was thrown in the bowl with little to no sauce.
The pizza looked horrible. It was burned, had hardly any cheese or toppings. the hand tossed crust was too thin making the whole pizza ruined. I can NOT believe they sent that pizza out, It was horrible. The breadsticks were burned and dripping with greasy garlic butter or whatever you guys put on it. The cheese sticks were not done and had barely any cheese. It gone thrown away. It was disgusting. Wasted over $50
The pizza here was great. It always is. They charged my card twice without telling me. They had actually refunded the money from the first charge, but it was further down in my bank account and I didn't notice the refund....only the double charge. Not that big of a daily but I live in West Point and have a drive to LaGrange several times to try to figure it out, which was inconvenient at most, but I felt a certain way about it. I'll probably eat here again, but I'll probably get pizza somewhere else until I'm over it. Lol.
The food is always hot and fresh everything is always good I only had one problem this time when I went to pick up my order they were closed
I had a carry out order meat lovers with extra cheese..I called back the manager on duty told me the ONLY thing she could do for me tonight was for me to bring the pizza back and she would replace it I explained that I had already gotten home and if they want to fix the issue they can send a driver to bring me the correct pizza…I forgot she answers the phone saying we are no longer taking deliveries 7:45pm she was very snappy and rude “What I can do for you tonight is this” Awful customer service I ask for the store Manager and she stated that she would return Monday and hung up the phone. I will never go there again, it’s sad they mess up your food have an attitude about it NEVER AGAIN…I will be calling cooperate
Make sure I have every thing that I ordered. I ordered garlic dipping sauce and didn't get them. I didn't get the sauce that comes with bread sticks.
