The LaGrange, GA location is the absolute worst example of a restaurant in town. The worst service. The staff has no clue what customer experience means nor cares and is exactly the perfect example of what is wrong with the restaurant industry today. Only there to get a pay check and could care less about anything else. The place is one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve been to. It will be the last time I step foot back in the LaGrange location. I highly suggest for the owner to take a major look into hiring a staff that cares or shut the place down. And please clean up the place. No one wants to find bugs in the salsa.
This place seems beyond salvation. Gets worse every time. Today, only 3 employees. All looked around 20ish. I suppose(?) one was the "manager". No upfronts about what they didn't have, just hey, what would you like. The girl at check out had to ask me 3x what my order was. Plexi-Glass barrier, yes, but she wouldn't speak up!! In between, she went back to typing away on her cell phone. But with those 2 inch nails, that was a stunning feat. IS THIS THE FUTURE OF MOE'S????
Went on Sunday evening on 3/20/22 and the staff took their time to take my order. After my food was fixed they maid my wife and son wait around 5 minutes before taking their order. When we finally sat down, my food was cold. The fountain machine was almost bare and no tea. They were scheduled to close at 9 but due to the lack of food they were telling others around 8:15-8:30pm that they were out of food and that they were closing. There was no welcome greeting upon our entry. It was like they were trying to secluding themselves from dealing with customers. I'm being nice by giving this place a 3 star rating.
Poor service, staff was playing alot, did not wash hands, didn't have hair pulled back. One young lady seemed to be doing a majority of the work. Too many behind the counter for a slow night. Cashier was on the phone instead of doing his job.
The food itself wasn’t terrible. Service was terrible. Food temp was cold. Staff acted like they didn’t want to be there. Seemed put out to make the other half of my to go order. This was my first time trying Moe’s. Not impressed at all.
It was 7 pm on a Saturday night. They was almost out of food, more than half of the food containers were empty. The chips were over salted. The food was also cold, like the warmers were off. The taste was great however. There were 3 kids working. I was at first concerned for their health, like they had covid, but I realized they were very stoned.
Didn't get our drinks, salsa, salad dressing, and the quesadillas were literally burnt.
Didn't taste fresh and the queso was cold and the chips tasted like a tablespoon of salt to the mouth. What was really disappointing was the cleanliness of the place. I can say the employee were nice btw. Yeah I know it sounds passive aggressive but it is what it is.
Took over an hour to get our food. Once delivered, not all items were in our bag, nor was it the correct order. Tried calling the location, and their phones don’t work. Whoever got my food, I hope you enjoyed it!
This is for the Lafayette parkway location in Lagrange ga. Worst experience ever! First off our food arrived via door dash with no lids only tinfoil, stacked on top of one another causing it to be squished! We ordered 3 sets of nachos and a home wrecker burrito. The nachos were supposed to be adobo chicken, i was told they were out of the chicken I asked if they could cook some because I can only eat seafood and chicken. I was told the options I had were on the line so I opted out of the meat. When I got the order they all had steak so tough that it couldn’t be chewed it was just gristle. The home wrecker burrito came in a bowl with no tortilla. My fiancé is allergic to mushrooms to the point that if she so much as touches them her body starts to swell and if she invests them she can die if not gotten to a hospital in ample time. Well her food was full of mushrooms!!! Thankfully we caught it before she tried to eat it. The chips were just crumbs of chips. They had no queso on our food. They sent big cups of watery salsa instead of our queso bowls. My grandmother tried to eat hers but it made her sick, she is in bed today because she still feels I’ll from it. I went as far as to save the food to take back to the restaurant but I called the store to talk to them first. I asked for the general manager and received an individual who claimed to be the GM but I don’t believe it was. He was rude and condescending and continuously interrupted me as I was trying to calmly explain our experience. I am a general manager myself and I know I wouldn’t have a job if I acted the way he did.
