Terrible customer service. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes on my lunch break. Finally, after I had 10+ cars waiting behind me I asked if they were ready to take my order. Then and only then did the worker let me know that they "weren't taking drive thru orders today". If that were the case then you need to have the drive thru blocked off, or at the very least have a sign posted.

I've been to McDonald's across the country and Commerce Ave location is the rock bottom of the barrel Mickey D's I've ever been to. No matter what time of the day, busy or not you're going have issues here. The laziest employees I've ever seen allowed to work. All of them have poor attitudes and don't realize they are messing with other people's livlihood. Too bad this is on the side of town I live on. Don't go to this location. Nothing right about anything they do!!!
Food & Service was Good. Was told their Dining room is now open till 9:00pm. Can eat inside instead of wasting gas in those long lines going thru Drive Thru ? Save gas ⛽
if I could give a negative rating I would. this place is horrible. Bad service, rude employees. all customers were pissed off while waiting on their food
How this McDonald's got a 3-3 rating I don't know bad service they can't do simple things I ordered a large coke and large Dr pepper I told them please mark the Dr pepper I like coke my niece likes Dr pepper I even ask the lady giving me my drinks threw the window witch is Dr she said the one that's pressed on top other well it wasn't I gave my niece the coke drank Dr pepper I hate Dr pepper but think before you go there they lie to get rid of you.
I do not eat McDonald’s often and if so, it is usually because I am craving their breakfast. I came to this specific location, we waited in the drive thru line for an hour just to get to the order screen. Mind you, there’s two lanes for the order screen so that the lines can move through fast. Another 15 minutes go by after we get our order taken and we have not moved to the pay window yet. Once we have finally paid and get to the window for our food, I check to make sure everything is there. Lady at the window was somewhat nice but no explanation as to why it took almost an hour and thirty for fast food. So, when we get home, I opened my meal and I had ordered a Crispy Chicken Biscuit and paid for it however they gave me a Mcchicken biscuit instead! So, I paid more money for something I received. I am extremely disappointed and will not go back to this location! But if you like waiting in line for over an hour for “fast food” and getting something you did not pay for then this is the right place for you!
Everything is always wrong or cold or either not in stock.. the employees have nasty attitudes because the managers do as well. McDonald's on commerce Ave is the worst McDonald's in Lagrange GA
It's a McDonald's so not much to say. They got our order correct and it was cheap.... so.
It's called Ronald can't get it right. The store has nothing but lazy people don't care don't want to open and why is it 5 minutes between every customer at the speaker why because they're lazy and don't want to work
