This place was better than expected. We’ve never been and thought it was just a chain steak house with food similar to other chain restaurants. We were mistaken! The streak was fantastic and cooked perfectly. Our server Lauren was beyond pleasant. She was attentive but not intrusive and did all those small things that make a server great.
Well at first glance of Course it's Longhorns .. it's always great.. But today no so much.. Now what I can say is that it's clean and the customer service is especially by Morgan the server A1. She's great and so sweet .. Me my sister and nephew came she was so kind and also took our orders correctly... When we got out food. I asked for a medium steak and got a rare steak ... I sent it back and then they gave me a twice cooked steak that was well done at that point and by this time I had finished my sides... Can we say DINNER RUINED... it's not the fact that Longhorns isn't good it's the audacity they sent that steak back to me well done. I will eat here again but I didn't enjoy my meal AT ALL. I was offered another steak which is great but I didn't get to enjoy my full meal together or eat with my family... just disappointed
Burger was good. The tomato wasn’t ripe and it was very very firm. The bacon was chewy and it made for an unpleasant texture. The chicken tenders were falling apart. Makes me wonder if they were soaked in brine to make them tender. I’m sorry I didn’t get our waiters name, he was Fantastic!!
Salmon could have had better taste, wait staff was nice and friendly. Salad was great.
We came in and ordered after about 30 minutes and got our drinks way after that. My friend order a renegade medium well and got bloody pink steak, it was nasty. We sent it back and about 20 minutes later she got it back and cut into it it was still the same she didn’t want to complain to their face.So we waited for us to leave before writing this. I LOVE Longhorn, but this experience is not what I expected. I will not be going back for a while…
Haven't been to a longhorn in years and I was assured why. The food is simply not good. The steak, salmon, bread, beer selection, and pork chops were not good. The mac and cheese was the most edible plate on the table. I never understood why people eat at these types of restaurants.The server was the best part of the meal.
It was excellent. The service was very good the server was very courteous and attentive the food was perfectly cooked the mushrooms were some of the best I've had in awhile the steak was flavorful baked potato was cooked perfectly. Overall excellent
Had the hamburger with broccoli for my side. Always good at this location. The server waited on four adults and two children in our party. We asked for a lot and she delivered with a smile every time. She even took a pic of all of us. I think her name was Shae. Thank you
Very pleasant atmosphere and our server was kind and friendly. My Outlaw Ribeye steak 20 oz. was over cooked with no flavor ( I ordered it medium). For the first time in years(18) I had to use steak sauce on my dish. My wife had the Longhorn Salmon which was juicy but also had no flavor. We dine with friends (9 of us) and they had a couple of items that was not up to par. One in our party did send his steak back that was over cooked, but by the time it came back we was getting ready to leave. That's one of the reasons we didn't send our dishes back.
