Jim and bobs has wonderful excellent food and customer service there prices are extremely expensive for what you get Iam visiting from New Jersey and have eaten here a few times they forgot to put melted cheese on my sandwich once other then that the food was good
Jim Bob’s is a great, southern place to eat. They have an excellent menu and I personally love their special sauce. They even have the nugget ice. My only complaints are price and wait time, but it’s only because so many other people love it too.
The restaurant is awesome. DO NOT order online using chownow…. Placed order and paid and when I arrived to pickup someone had already picked up my order? Restaurant made good but had to wait for order to be remade.
We asked what kind of oil they cooked in the front counter with an attitude told us they didn’t know. I asked if they could find out. I could hear them from the kitchen asking and still didn’t know with an attitude. Finally was told peanut oil. Staff need to know what kind of oil due to allergies. The tables and floor needed to be clean.
Just left great wolf lodge to head home, this food is great. Fresh food with great flavors, the staff was super friendly. We will absolutely come back here next time we are in town. If you are at great wolf lodge, skip the overpriced poorly made food there and grab and order from these guys they are amazing.
Terrible. Don’t waste your money here. We were visiting the area and staying at Great Wolf Lodge. We did a our usual thing and got on Google looking for nearby local restaurants. This one was rated highly and we decided to give it a go. Upon arrival we noticed no other customers and began to worry. We decided to try it anyway. Tables were dirty even with 5-8 teenage employees hanging out. Some of our food once we received it was cold and maybe an hour old. Food overall was subpar and mainly cafeteria food quality. Still can’t get over the amount of employees just hanging out, playing, and cutting up. Management is obviously lacking and the results show. Wish we had spent our money back towards the nice square in the area. Don’t come here.
I just literally picked up some JIm Bobs today 04/02/22 and my entire order was old and stale food! Usually my food is fresh and hot. But not today! I don’t know if it was a off day or they just didn’t want to cook fresh food tonight. But this experience tonight was horrible. Please do better in the future Please!
I super duper love Jim Bob's! The food is great. I always order my food online and it's always ready when I get there to pick it up. I appreciate that. I do like to order a crispy chicken salad and I like it without bell peppers and eggs. More often than not I feel like they don't read the comments because the salad usually has bell peppers and eggs on it anyway. Not that big of a deal but definitely room for improvement there. Thank you.
The only thing I ever get from Jim Bob is hot wings they're a little steep but they're good
You have raised the price of your little lamb and wings meals and made the drinks smaller. Could you at least use a proper lid for a straw? Those lids are not kid friendly. My teen's wings were not very good quality.
