We went for lunch on Saturday afternoon, the place was busy but no long line when we got there, we were seated right away, just a little wait before order was taken, we can tell they were slam earlier because I didn't get my cutleries ( the server gave me plastic ones) as they didn't have clean ones which was fine by me. The food came about 20 mns later ( my kids got busy for 20 mns doing their activity sheets while waiting so it was perfect). The food was great, exactly what we needed for a weekend outing in a strange place we haven't been before. Something familiar to have after a little exploring in downtown Lagrange ?
My husband and myself had business in Lagrange Georgia.When we first walked in everything was fine.After the other waitress arrived in our seating area she immediately smiled and greeted my husband.I was also seated across from him but she didn't even smile or greet me.I was not feeling all love from her.When there is more than one person in the booth both should be acknowledged.That was very rude and disrespectful.I think that you should include in your employee training that both person's be addressed.Just because female waitress es like to appeal to men only.Maybe they to find the other job that caters to men in a hotel room.
Was at the location with my coworker cause we were in town working and we decided to eat here tonight. When we got there and seated there were two tables by us that were not cleared of dishes and while we sat there the waitress never cleared the tables around is and the restaurant was very slow there was two other tables that were there while we were there. The waitress never even asked us we we wanted refills on our drinks and had to be ask for to go boxes. Will not be returning to this location I'm
There was only two waitresses but they done the best they can. Relaxed, chill, and food was great. Nothing messed up.Disappointed that they no longer have the stuffed french toast
Upon arrival yesterday morning it took forever to be seated being short-staffed I assume.once we were seated, it took forever to get our order taken being short-staffed I assumed again. once we received our Food,it was cold! it was horrible to be honest. the lady I don't know if she was the manager or not she didn't keep her head held up long enough to look at us, but she frown because she had to take our plates back to be remade. Once we were checking out, I voiced to her that the service was horrible along with the food and she whispered very Softly I'm sorry still not holding her head up looking at us. Took the money and didn't even say thanks , have a good day or nothing?♀️
2.20.22-This morning we called as we were checking out of hotel to get a table set up for party of 8. Had a LIL bit of a challenge w initial call w hostess. I asked for manager and spoke w/ Sherry. She said absolutely no problem we will get that set up for ya now and will be waiting for your arrival. We got there Sherry greeted our party and we were sat immediately. Thru out our visit Sherry came around to ask if everything was ok. You can tell Sherry puts her guest 1st and excels to accommodate. We were grateful for her. We were immediately greeted by Bianca. She was absolutely amazing! She was on top our entire visit w/ 4 children (1 ill from blood sugar issues). She made sure everything came out exactly as it was ordered. She had other tables and none of them needed for anything. She showed us what great service was about. She immediately knew what our ill LIL one needed and provided. Waiting on people can be challenging w all types of people coming in. You can tell she definitely has what it takes! She is strong and confident wish there were more servers like her. You ROCK BIANCA AND SHERRY! Ps- Food was great! Someone please hug the cook/cooks for us! Also- I’m not one to leave bad reviews unless it was a very bad experience for no reason. I know this isn’t an easy job and it’s not for anyone! We just need more Sherrys and more Biancas providing excellent service! ☝?❤️
If I could have given them zero stars I would have! Took my two youngest children with me on a lunch date only not to ever be served. The waitress never even brought our drinks out and there were no other customers dining in at the time so they can’t say they were busy. I asked another waitress who came out finally cleaning up tables that had been dirty since we’ve gotten there where’s our waitress at, she immediately gave attitude in her demeanor. That was it for me, I got my children and myself up out of there. I don’t think we were wanted there, and I wouldn’t dare trust someone who didn’t even bring our drinks out to fix our food. First time going and last.
Terrible experience at this IHOP, waitress never came bk with our drinks, asked other waitress about ours and she immediately got an attitude judging from her demeanor. I’ll never go bk again.
My family and I stopped by this location for dinner. It was not crowded and we were seated immediately. We ordered and it didn't take long before it was brought to our table. We enjoyed our food. I'd definitely visit this location again.
Waitstaff was friendly and courteous.The food however, was subpar at best.I had a Colorado omlette with pancakes.When the food arrived, the pancakes weren't even warm. After I sent them back, the new ones were obviously pre-made and heated in the microwave (waitress returned in less than 3 minutes) because they were rubbery. Still not hot, as you might expect fresh pancakes from an establishment that has pancakes right in its name.My friend got chicken fried steak with the sausage gravy on the side. His gravy was congealed as if it was sitting for a long time unused.Did I mention the place wasn't that busy? Yet it still took almost an hour to get our food.The waitstaff was the places saving grace. They were friendly, and even apologetic. As was the floor manager.
