Great place friendly staff IM definitely going back
Tried to stop and get a mid morning coffee and I was told I either need to download the app and order or go through the drive through. Absolutely ridiculous and lazy, they have a very large lobby for absolutely no reason
You gotta be open at 8.50pm on Sunday according to your hours on maps or change it so that we don't take an exit on a long drive.
I am only giving the review a 3 star, which i feel is generous, because of the food!The review is for the location on GA109 (near Walmart)I dont know If they have a management team, if they do they are never on site but, as many complaints as i heard while in line today I would hide out too. I love DD but this location is a very poor example of good customer service.
The worst ever! The people that work here have horrible attitudes. They are rude and disrespectful. Your lucky if they even take your order. I was at the speaker ordering and when I stated I had a separate order the guy taking my order says “you can’t add orders at the window!” Lol. One day one person may add an extra charge for extra creme or swirl and another person not do it the next.
I was unaware on what type of day Rebecca was having at the window but I didn’t like it at all. Never disrespect a PAYING customer; furthermore, it was the attitude for me , sis need to do better.

Best donuts I had from Dunkin’ Donuts in a long time. Way better than newnan.
We bought gift cards for the kids and grandkids to use. They would not accept gift cards and this was a huge inconvenience. Need to put that on the great wolf website !! Staff was not pleasant or apologetic for the inconvenience either. Drinks weren’t as good as other Dunkins.
Terrible customer service to put it kindly. They made it obvious that they don't care about the customer.
