They cannot get orders right. If you want delivery and want your pizza the same day don’t order Domino’s. They are completely off my list for places to eat from here on out. Staff is rude and do not want to help you. I waited 5 minutes, no other customers in sight, and no one waited on me. Since I had already placed and paid for my order on line, I waited. Finally I just had to wait on myself and step around and get my food. They don’t give you what you order. No dipping sauces even though you have already paid for it. No where and no way will I ever order Domino’s again!!!
This is the perfect place for picking up a meal on the way home. The food is good. There are regular specials for a great deal on your meal. And the app makes ordering and pick-up super easy. If they only had a drive-through....
The single most disappointing excuse for a fast food establishment I’ve had the displeasure of ordering from. After a completely botched order that is without a doubt the worst food I’ve ever had delivered. Upon calling the manager to complain for this absolute atrocity, I was given a “credit” for a re-order in the future. The day finally came where I was brave enough to give them another chance, as you would imagine their incompetence and possibly best attribute came shining through yet again. I was told there is no record of said credit. Avoid at all cost, they make Digiorno’s seem like Karvelas.
I'd give 0 starts if I could. I have had HORRIBLE service here over and over. This takes the cake. The pasta was overcooked and didn't even cover the bottom of the dish. Pitiful.
I personally don’t care if you wear a mask or not but if you have to cough or anything like that cover your mouth or walk away. Do NOT just cough on the food while you’re making the pizzas, that is absolutely disgusting. We literally just witnessed an older man doing this. Use common sense!
I ordered a well done pizza and got a a very light pizza instead. They over cooked my cheese sauce so much it was a hard mass in the bottom of the pan. I’ve never had a “dip” you have to scrape off the bottom of a pan with a spoon to put it on the bread it came with to “dip” in it. In summary if you want pizza for your family or even in Lagrange save yourself some hassle and go to the papa John in the same shopping center.
Was lied to by manager (Jessica?). Ordered online for carside pickup. Got there early. Waited for two cars to leave that was ahead of me. The manager was freed up as no customers were being waited on. I waited another few minutes then walked in. I don't have a problem with going in to get my order. But when I get inside the same manager was speaking on her personal phone. I waited a few minutes for help. No problem. I pointed out that someone stopped the online tracker and updated that pizza was brought out. (had to be her). She said she would issue a credit to my account. Today I go in store to order and was told no credit is on my account. I explained to on duty manager the situation and the lies that were told to no avail. I will now go up the chain to let them K ow the type of managers they have. I'm an easy going guy but believe in honesty and integrity. This will be resolved by real managers or corporate but this store and managers gets 1 star for only existing.
I will never order from this store again. Placed my order at 6:11 tracker said mitzi was preparing my order tracker stopped working after that at 7:11 I started trying to call got a recorded message stayed on hold until 7:23 at this point I drove to the store the rudest little girl I have ever seen she said my order was pushed back to 8:30 because they had so many orders yet no one was waiting on an order and they were not preparing any I asked for a refund and was told it would take 3 to five business days for a refund when I left they were all laughing at me
The philli cheesesteak sandwich was so yummy..made perfectly! Try one! Oh, can't forget to mention it was made quickly and service was prompt and friendly! Wished I had gotten his name so I could compliment personally but great job! I enjoyed every bite, will definitely be ordering that again!
Sent wrong items plus wings were Luke warm at best and tasted terrible. Ordered 4 extra cups of dressing,thy did not bring it. On the wrong items I called the store and they denied sending wrong items while now not answering calls..site
