Food was good Our server did Great considering the situation. The manager decided to seat our server 6 tables at one time. Which would not have been bad except the hostess nor the manager helped her out with drink orders or anything really. If you are going to seat a server that many tables (16 total patrons to serve with all the tables) then you, The Manager, should assist your server as much as possible to ensure good service. Lativia did an Amazing job considering she had no help and the Manager was just standing there doing nothing.... Actually all three Managers were watching their servers struggle. When you seat your servers that many tables the server has no chance to use their personality to increase the potential for a better tip. These servers rely on tips to survive. If you want to be lazy and just stand there then you don't need to work in the restaurant industry. You should be working just as hard or harder than your servers.I had to go to the hostess stand to complain in order to get my server help. I told the hostess to get their managers out on the floor and help instead of standing in the corner. Also, if you feel the need to seat the servers more than 3 tables at one time then YOU AS THE MANGER MAKING THAT DECISION should help them out. I don't want to hear that you were short handed or that it's memorial day. I can read the room and watch the laziness happening.I hope that this review is seen by the managers that worked today 5/30/22 at 1030am. RIDICULOUS that we as patrons have to witness the servers struggle while the managers stand around. When a Manager did come over to the table he made a snide comment that rumors spread fast at Cracker Barrel. This comment was unnecessary as I was the one that said the managers should get off their *ss and help your Team. I didn't ask for a discount or any special service. Actions speak Louder than Words.

Arrived mid afternoon Thursday, March 30 with 29 on a motor coach. Although I'd called earlier in the week, the word apparently did not get to the crew on duty. They took us, however, and seated us all together in a common area. Mandy, Haley, and Amanda promptly took our orders and the cooks did a wonderful job. Not a single order was wrong. Kudos to this staff for their courteous and efficient service. Best I've seen at CB anywhere for a long time.

The food was great the service was amazing our sever rachel was fast and did a great job handling our table which was 7 people plus 5 other tables!! cashier was friendly as well and I really enjoyed my time.

It’s been about 6+ years since I’ve eaten at a CB. Still the same. Last night we arrived in time for dinner and to camp overnight then breakfast in the morning. Dinner was good (loved the greens and Mac chz)and breakfast just ok. It gets 2 stars. Coffee just wasn’t that hot, gravy think and Luke warm. Actually it was all just like warm. Ashley was our server and she was pleasant and quick with her service. Last night at dinner Elizabeth waited on us and she was a super sweet girl and good at her job too. The cashier last night was just bland. No hi, hello, or thank you. The morning cashier was pleasant. The gift shop was so nice as always and full of spring things. We bought some fun candies and a few gifts and a cute little summer sundress with anchors that I will enjoy.Thank you Cracker Barrel for allowing RVs to stay the night.

The food was great. The young man who took my order was nice. On the other hand, the two young female hostess could have been more engaging to me than the young guy friends. It was as if I wasn't there.

The food and service was great ..the atmosphere was very pleasant ? ? ?

The hash brown casserole is the absolute best! I can't get enough of it. My kids enjoy going too because of the one of a kind finds and toys. I also enjoy looking around in the gift shop! Oh and I can't forget playing the game at the table. I've been playing that since I was a kid!

Food was ok. It was freezing inside dining room. We were a group of five and three of us were shivering. Noticed NO ONE in the entire restaurant had taken their coats off. Asked if the could turn heat on. Waitress said she would see if they would light the fire place but no one ever did. We couldn't wait to leave as it was warmer outside than inside.

Went there Thursday February 17 with a co-worker. I had two southern fried chicken breasts with Mac and cheese and a biscuit. Oh my gosh everything was so good. Someone has really changed the food at this place and it is outstanding!!

Good food. They could have spaced people out better since there was a whole section not open. I would have liked to eat my meal without the preteen girl at the next table continuously counting down from 15 at the top of her lungs.
