Just enjoyed our first dinner at CookOut! Very pleasant servers and fantastic prices. Food was not low quality. Stop in and help this business thrive!
Make sure you have plenty of time on your hands. When going threw the drivethru. I waited 14 minutes after i placed my order & my food was still cold ? . The order was correct & the staff was straight. Just took for ever for an burger & onion rings.
worst place ever , got 4 $1 wraps and two cookout trays which was $25. then they forgot one who tray and got the wraps wrong so i go in there and they make me pay $7 extra for a new tray although i just paid for it and forgot to all the stuff to the fries on the other tray . The lady even repeated the order back to me and still didn’t give the rights things . Absolute worst place ever .
When this place first opened up the drive-thru speeds were phenomenal the food's excellent now however I've been in drive-thru right now for at least 20 minutes. It's the management the employees will filter themselves out but the management won't if you got poor management you will always have poor management.
Stop in at cook out on occasion for their peanut butter fudge milkshake. They are excellent. The service this trip was as usual. Very fast, great service by a friendly and professional staff. This place has great milkshakes. They are thick creamy and wicked cold. Great on a hot day. Love the fact that they have one size and its fairly priced. That makes sense. Thanks cook out for the great and speedy service. Love your milkshakes. Way to go!
worst service ever in all of Lagrange tonight. waited 20 minutes in the second lane of the drive thru only one car in front of us. had to go in and get them to move that car so we could leave. Steve is the rudest manager I have ever dealt with. absolutely pathetic. will never come back. with management like that and Freddie's open 100 yards away good luck.
Tonight was my first time ever eating there. I thought, the food would've been hot and fresh since I waited in line for at least 15 mins. The onion rings were hard, chicken wasn't done, the whole meal was cold! The milkshake was good. That's the only thing I'll ever order from there again.
My daughter brought me burger and it wasn't even cooked all the way in the inside...
I have got food a couple of times. The burgers are pretty decent, the onion rings are good but the fries are just not good. The service has been ok, nothing special but I haven't had the issues some people have so overtake its ok.
There’s no way this is 501 calories with this little chicken inside. Probably one of the worst chicken wraps I’ve seen and gotten from a cookout. They straight rationing out here with this little chicken pinky finger. Not satisfied with this nor the small amount of fries I got. Should’ve order a corn dog and a chicken quesadilla in this case but who knows that could’ve been disappointing as well.
