Delicious food, great service. Very satisfied with my visit.
I love Chicken salad chick but the food at the Lagrange GA location is never consistent. One time the broccoli salad is too dry the next time it's drowning, the pimento cheese is the same way. Either it's dry with too many pimentos or the next time it's the opposite.
We normally love chicken salad chick near where we live, and so we ordered takeout online as we were passing through and unfortunately we were deeply disappointed. The croissant for our sandwich tasted stale and dry. The “scoop” for each of our sandwiches felt like half a scoop and was sloppily prepared. I am always willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but it feels like we got the leftovers this evening :(
First time eating here. They were very crowded. Bryce took my order and was very polite and courteous. Only took 11 minutes to get my food. The food was delicious! Great experience today.
Very friendly staff. Here from out of town. Girl at counter was new but tried very hard. Mgr stepped up and took care of us. Good experience and good food!
If you are dining in, prepare your self to wait forever for your food to come out. If you think your gonna be slick and drop in to grab a tub… think again. They never have any tubs prepared; and if you order one togo…. Prepare for an even longer wait than if you were dining in.I don’t understand…It’s their business to sell chicken salad.Middle of the day on a Saturday I went in to grab some tubs, of course they were out; so I ordered some. I watched 8 different people order and get their food before I got my tubs.I don’t know how many more times I’m going to spend my money there.
Excellent service !! The staff were very friendly and patient as it was our first time coming in. It was a great filling meal for light / clean eating. The drive thru is open and so is the dining room. The tortilla soup was very good and not spicy. The cranberry chicken salad tasted amazing and not over loaded on mayo or cranberries. The sandwich also did not disappoint it was just the perfect amount of bread to salad ratio. I loved the cookie as it was a nice little dessert. The pop machine was self serve as well as the tea/lemonade. The restaurant itself was very nicely decorated and it was clean as well as the restroom. Definitely check this place out
When I went, it was when I first opened and the food was good. But now I would never go in an eat, because the kitchen is not clean anymore
Have always enjoyed CSC but the last 2 times have been disappointing at this location. One night we were waited on by someone who clearly did not know what they were doing. Our order was incorrect as well as 3 other customers behind us. Then a customer from the drive through brought their order back in. The following evening we had visitors from out of state come by and they wanted to try it since they had never experienced CSC. I understand it was late but they turned off all the drink machines so no refills and they were literally cleaning under my husband chair while he was trying to eat. A little embarrassing for us with our out of town guest.
My friend and I dined inside around 5:30 or so. We were greeted by a lovely cashier named Destiny, who had the nicest smile and her service was above and beyond. This restaurant is very clean and the food very good. The portions are generous and the wait was not long at all to receive our food. Pleasant environment and the background music was at the level that we could have a good conversation without raising our voices.
