I wish I could give this restaurant 10 stars but I can’t ! I always enjoy my experience each and every time I visit this Chick-fil-a. I’m always greeted with a smile, the service is very fast, and the food is always fresh. Most importantly my order is always correct because most restaurant screw up my orders. The longest I have ever waited in the drive through was about 6 mins. That’s not long at all! I’ll recommend this restaurant to anyone. So if you are in the area, stop by ! You won’t be disappointed !
I've been dealing with Chick-fil-A for 45 years and before today I've never had an issue in any of their stores. Due to a problem with their fries I had to re-enter the drive thru and the young man there tried to assist me by going inside to speak to someone about replacing the fries. He returned and informed me that Matt said he would NOT replace my fries , so I had to go inside even though I was in a hurry. I spoke with the manager on shift and he had no problem replacing my fries and said it shouldn't have been an issue. I told him I'd love to speak to Matt and find out his issue with assisting me whenever no one else had a problem.Matt did come over to speak to me and immediately blamed the young man outside whom I know did nothing wrong. I stopped him and told him that he should own up to his screwing up the long time relationship between a customer and Chick-fil-A, he refused to accept blame. He continued to smirk throughout our conversation and I know he didn't care that he was embarrassing his coworkers and in the long term the owner. I wasn't friendly by this time because it wouldn't have mattered what was said because Matt didn't care about me as a customer or that he happily threw another employee under the bus. I will be contacting the owner and cooperate because it's supposedly their goal to be fair with customers. Matt I hope you have the day you deserve.

Always a pleasurable (?) experience to stop by CFA for a quick bite. I got the bbq and bacon fried chicken sandwich and it was, as always, excellent. The wait for our order was a bit timely but nothing terrible and the drive thru runner gave us a freebie card as an apology. Great service ?
As always, Chik fil A, is going to satisfy the customer. Half of our order was correct but not the other half. Didn't realize it until we were about 5 minutes down the road. No problem, just turned around and took it back. They realized where the mistake was made and made us fresh food quickly! I still don't know why there was a live chicken roaming the parking lot though...??! Maybe it belonged to the Waffle House next door. ? ?
Employee was very friendly. She ordered a spicy chicken combo instead od a deluxe chicken combo. It was to spicy for me. If she had stopped bashing Chick fil a and listened closely to my order I would not have received a spicy chicken sandwich, it sat my mouth on fire.
Always great service and food at Chick-fil-A. This place was no exception! I also noticed they have an electric vehicle charging station in the parking lot. First one I have ever seen.....
Friendly and prompt. One small change up could be; for the Drive-thru & Curbside is for staff to use a large bag or two bags instead of stuffing the breakfast food inside of one bag because most people won't take out everything to make sure it was all put in the one bag that's Stuffed and it's a courtesy for us in the drive-thru & curbside to get out of the line for next car. Like most, I place large breakfast orders.
Employees are top notch and so is the food. I had a grilled chicken wrap that was chefs kiss delicious!
Hello!! I love Chick-fil-a’s food in general and the costumer service at this particular one is amazing! I 10/10 would recommend this food to all. :)
