I have a salad about once a week from chick filet. Over the past year or longer I notice that the trays are smaller and less salad in these trays. The price has not gotten smaller !!!

This is the WORST Chick-fil-A of all Chic-Fil-As!!! The food is NEVER hot! They never get your order correct! There’s this one associate by the name of DAWN that has the NASTIEST attitude!! She nevers says “My Pleasure” when you thank her, and she is just overall NASTY! Very unsatisfied with my experience and such unprofessionalism from this location!!
Okay my daughter literally asks me for this place every other day . Which I go and spend my money every other day ? but today I went ,got home and my daughter was eating her milkshake and she came to me and pulled the lid off and notice a fly in her shake now she doesn’t want to eat there anymore .. ? have to be careful watching those drive through windows open so long . But then again could come from anywhere I guess with doors opening .i k ow myDaughter was not happy and had thrown the wholeMealAway

FASTEST drive thru service . No other fast food place in town can come close to the speed , and spot on customer service of chick-fil-A.
Management was rude and inconsiderate. If given the chance I would love to speak with upper management about the attitude of your employees. I have never ever been to a Chick-fil-A and had a ruder experience then a McDonald’s drive through. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service, the food and the experience. I will not be coming back the the Commerce LaGrange store.

Not friendly at all. One min you have to order from the speaker box then you come again without NO ONE TELLING YOU AS THEY STAND THERE AND LOOK!!!! THEY HAVE TO TAKE YOUR ORDER!! SO NOW HAVE TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY AROUND THE BUILDING AGAIN WHEN ALL SHE HAD TO DO IS WALK 5FT TO MY CAR AND TAKE MY ORDER!! WASTED GAS!! WASNT TIME!! WASTED $$$ CAUSE MY SANDWICH WAS DRY AND LUKE WARM!!! WELL LEAST MY DOG ENJOYED IT!!!
I just got breakfast from there and a vanilla iced coffe and Ms. Mizyah made my coffee so perfect. Thanks for starting my morning off right. :)
