Is this place actually open? I just went and there was no one inside but people were outside. I've tried to eat here 3 times and haven't been served. I truly do not know how they are in business. I blame myself for getting my hopes up for their food today, drove out of the way to get it. The kitchen also looks pretty disgusting through the window. Would not eat here now.
So they're "Under new management". Well, drive thru was to the road so I went to window. One employee working?!?! Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged, then two other employees appear. You'd think that they'd get it done but they laughed, talked and straightened up rather than greeting us or taking our order. Burgers didn't have seasoning on them small fries (KIDS size at McDonald's!!!) $3!!!!! $8 for 2 plain burgers and fries!!! I was also charged 25¢ for PICKLES? Who does that????? Think they were better with old management!!!
Last time coming. The young lady that toke my order was super sweet and helpful, but manager was rude. I placed a combo order and when I recieved my food I saw the fried where left out. I made the lady aware and she told me she didn't ring it up. So I asked could I get the fries and would pay. She was going to ring me up, but manager told her I would have to go back around and order the fries.?? After it was left off. Shaking my head. Even was told couldn't add a order. Only one order per car. Waste of time and very rude staff.
Went there at 915 pm on Friday, very rude customer service. I pulled up to the window and a young lady standing out back, SAID WE CANT TAKE ORDERS FOR 20 MINUTES..I ASK WHY SHE SHRUGGS HER SHOULDER LIKE I DONT KNOW. SO I START TO PULL AWAY TO LEAVE AND . A VERY SMART MOUTH LADY HANGS OUT THE WINDOW AND SAYS WE DONT HAVE ANY HELP. OK SO WHAT IS 20 MINUTES GOING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.. I GO AROUND THE CORNER TO WENDYS.. GET IN AND OUT IN NO TIME.. PULLED OUT AND CHECKERS HAS EVERY LIGHT OUT ABD CLOSED. MY POINT IS IN STEAD OF BEING SOOOO. RUDE AND ALL. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASANT TO HAVE GOTTEN ON THE SPEAKER AND SAID IM SORRY SIR. WE HAVE ALREADY CLOSED IN A NICE MANNER.THIS IS SECOND TIME FORMEAND THE RUDENESS. I PROMISE I WILL NEVER BE BACK. THIS IS AT THE VERNON ROAD LOCATION LAGRANGE THE. By the way the hours say open til midnight
Super nice people work there.Great burgers and the best fries on the planet.They are always so fast and friendly.Just a great meal and excellent service.The BEST burger and staff anywhere!!!!!!!
New management; don’t know if it’s better. It’s still sub par but good food.
Very good still some of the best fries of any place around here the chili dogs were excellent as always the red onions were not quite as crisp and sweet as I prefer but this is offseason for good onions. Nothing negative to say
Good food nasty people who work there the manager is rude an I walked to the window to save her a few steps an she Got mad an got really loud an said I Told you I would bring it out on top of sitting in drive thru for 15 minutes then sitting to the side of the building for 10 minutes then she going to bring the food out give it to my wife then look at me a cuss me yea I was in the wrong but she got a mouth full back I will never go back to the one in Lagrange

Checkers is good food, pretty dependable location to location. I travel A LOT seems this location was understaffed today, but this has gotten common, with new higher prices ( BIDENflation strikes small towns too). 2-4-$$ deal is a good lunch snack.
