I had good customer service
Went to the store this morning (6/1/2022) and ordered the Cheesy bacon, egg, and cheese melt. Well it had 2 pieces of cold texas toast, the cheese wasn't melted and the sandwich was cold! I took the sandwich back in the store and showed it to the manager and the cashier -- the manager asked me "what do you want to do?" I told her I wanted a hot sandwich as shown in the photo because the bread is toasted in the picture BK advertise and a "MELT" sandwich is always hot! Then proceeded to tell me that the bread was toasted - I asked her to show me how white bread is toasted; then I asked for my money back!! The cashier came up and asked what was going on -- the manager had the audacity to tell her "She wants the sandwich to look just like the picture"?? I thought that was so rude and disrespectful -- I didn't think to take a picture of the sandwich before I returned it, BUT BUYERS BEWARE IF YOU ORDER A CHEESY MELT SANDWICH AND THE BREAD IS NOT TOASTED AND THE CHEESE ID NOT MELTED -- IT'S NOT A CHEESY MELT!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT STORE AGAIN!! THE MANAGER NEEDS PEOPLE TRAINING AND THE STAFF NEEDS TRAINING ON PREPARING THE FOOD!!! HOW CAN YOU ADVERTISE A "HOT CHEESY MELT SANDWICH AND IT COME BACK COLD WHITE BREAD AND COLD CHEESE?? PLUS THE SANDWICH COST $4.05 ($3.79 + TAX)!! I DIDN'T TAKE A PICTURE OF THE SANDWICH BUT I TOOK ONE OF MY REFUND RECEIPT - JUST IN CASE THE REGIONAL MANAGER IS INTERESTED IN THE SERVICE GIVEN AT THIS PARTICULAR RESTUARANT!!
Gave it a two because a 1 is in my opinion horrible.. but I got a bacon king with a frozen coke.. the coke was watered down the fries were room temp or cold.. didn’t even get a bacon king in the bag .. a good Burger King is ok.. this has to be the worst Burger King around .. I’m not gonna say don’t go because I’ve had good experiences here.. but the ratio is skewed in the direction of bad.
They ordered through the drive-thru was okay when I came to pay the girl came to the window turned around and walked away never came back had to drive to the second window when she opened she did not greet me she just told me my order told me the price and gave it to me. She never apologized for me not being able to pay it first window or nobody being there. They were not warm or welcoming they were slow at getting my food to me.
If I could give less than one, I would. We showed up with three kids under 5, asked if the playground was open, they said yes. Our 5 year old ran in and they locked the door after she ran in. This was at 8:38pm when the restaurant closes at 11pm. Our 5 year old was scared inside and they took 6 minutes to unlock the door. They were rude and very unprofessional. Horrible!!!

Stopped here on our way home. There were no other cars in line. Ordered our food. Drove around to the window to pay & no one was there so we drove up to the 2nd window only to be told that we had to back up to the 1st window. A person finally showed up to start up the computer at that window. After about 5 mins the person opened the window only to say give them a few more minutes and walked off. We continued to wait for an additional 5 minutes to see if they would show back up and no one ever came back so we drove off. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
Worst Burger King in Lagrange. They take forever in the morning and none of the employees want to work. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes.
When your in the drive thru line at this restaurant, you finally make it to the order screen and place your order. Then when you get to the pay window they make you wait to pay while they stand there at the window. This even happens when there's no one behind you. Don't go if your in a hurry.
Cheese burger had so much mustard that one bite and it dripped out the back. Why someone prepared the cheese burger with that amount just utterly baffled me. I know people who like a lot of mustard but not to this extent. Had to be someplace and couldn’t go back so I chucked it out the window The ladies working the drive thru were very nice
