Staff was more interested in taking their break than to take care of customer orders. Ordered big king sandwiches got junior whoppers instead and the overall time frame was 15 minutes to get my food and I was the only one in the dining room
The service is always prompt. The food is always good. And they will make sure my bacon is served crisp! The coffee is pretty good (but hey...I'm a coffee snob) and plentiful. One of my favorite breakfast places.
Since you stopped sending out paper coupons and only offer the deals for people that do online ordering we called the female manager Saturday morning to ask how we could still get the deals. Since your specific store doesnt offer online ordering we have NO WAY WHATSOEVER of getting the deals once offered with coupons. She was rude and when i asked if we could still somehow get the coupon deals she says UhUh like a poorly mannered child.
Have always loved the food. My mother also enjoy whenever we can get in LaGrange, Georgia to pick up 4 burgers and fries.
The burgers kinda tasted burnt and by the time it was in my hands it was already cold, I won't bash for that since it still tasted good.
The store was clean and well kept. All of the condiments and napkins were clean and fully stocked. The service was awesome! The food was delicious. The staff were fast, friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the management at this location. We will be back.

Wednesday about 5PM I called to place an order for biscuits for meeting at work this morning. I get to Burger King to pick them up and Monica waited on me. She was very nice and we had a good laugh to get our day started. The guy working up front (sorry can’t remember his name) he was great too.AM shift rocks!
Don't settle!I ordered a number 1 this morning from this location and received cold coffee (room temperature) and sandwich that was absolutely squished. Employees stated that all the sandwiches would be squished because they were sent bad croissants.I returned the order for a refund!Upon receiving my refund I realized I was being over charged too! Check your receipts.These restaurants are getting worse. If your stuff isn't right take it back!! Don't settle.
