Nice atmosphere and facility. Drinks were good but the food recommended by our server was basically pre-made or frozen. When our orders arrived, (fish and onion rings and Mongolian beef and rice) my wife was given the wrong meal. Our server said “Sorry, it’s been a long day and she’d be back with her meal.” Well 10-15 minutes later after I finished my meal, hers arrived and it looked like it was fresh out of the microwave. No apology or modification of our bill, just “here ya go.” Very disappointing first experience for us at this restaurant.
Many of the other reviews are very true. We did have a wait for a party of six on wing night. 75 cent wings. We had the wings, loaded Mac and cheese, Avalanche burger, French bread pizza, corn dog kids, tater tot nachos and the draft of the day with a souvenir glass! Jekyll island draft was the best beer I have ever had. Server was very friendly, attentive and helpful with suggestions.
Loved the atmosphere of this place! Super laid back and comfortable. The patio area is wonderful. Food and staff were great too! A must visit place if you are in lagrange
I have been to this restaurant many times over the years. However, today, I ordered a salad that I had a couple of weeks ago. It was fabulous then. Today, the lettuce was OLD and tasted nasty. There was little blue cheese in it and the blue cheese dressing was essentially tasteless. We were with several other people, so I just ate what I could and didn't complain. However, I was VERY disappointed that apparently the quality control has gone downhill.
This was our first time here so we went in excited just to be disappointed! Number 1 we had visiting guest Number 2 it took an hour before we was seated, the young lady at the desk seemed too busy to get the tables ready! But after being asked 3 times was our table ready after she told us the wait would only be 30 minutes an hour later, she finally got our table ready! The upside of thingsWe finally sat down our waitress was amazing our food was great!The place was nice, the bathroom was very nice and clean!
Brickhouse was recommended to me by a co-worker. The Loaded BHG Mac-n-cheese is hearty and flavorful. If anything, the leftovers were even tastier. Next time I'll try one of their signature burgers. Definitely recommend for a casual lunch or dinner, watch party, or relaxing treat.

Ok, the Mac & cheese was worst! The Avocado dip was great! The scramble melt was good.
We love this place but we just went today and its not the same.We had to wait an hour and a half for our food. My friend and I had babies that were cranky too because of the wait.I was served my food before my baby in which caused him to have a meltdown.The burgers were not the same, my husband's was burnt and he got horribly sick after he ate it.You guys really need to get new cooks and make sure that your food is up to code.We are regular customers that normally love your food, something needs to change though or you are going to lose customers.
Food was decent, waitress took a long time with getting our order and then food was slow coming out to the table. Nachos were good but nothing unique or done particularly well. Prices are okay, a bit too expensive for the quality/quantity of the plates. Bathrooms are terrible and shared with the plaza so no one bothers to keep them up to oar it seems.
