Just don't do it. Door dash McDonald's. It's much better. The food tastes like it's frozen and microwaved and it's WAY over-priced. Never again for this family.
You MUST have a reservation to dine here. We did not have a reservation, because the phone system kept directing us to the HOTEL reservation line. We are local residents of the area, so we went anyways since their Google site did not list reservations required. With visibly empty seating area in the restaurant, we were told that they were booked up for the evening. Evidently they do not welcome NON hotel guests for dinner.
We were able to check in and get our room super early after an overnight drive. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. We would return in a heartbeat. Kudos for kindness from the staff! After two days in the water park I’m a permanent prune. What a great time!
Inside of great wolf lodge where there are no other decent food options, this sits not a single bit higher than the fast food options around it. The food was overpriced and simply not good.Not sure how they don't have a restaurant on site that is what this place should be. I'd more than happily pay these prices for good food. Sadly this was a total miss.
Originally I was going to put 1 star but kuddos to the manager and sweet hostess for their great customer service.I had placed a to go order for the Quinoa Salad. The rest of my family was eating pizza soI thought we had planned it perfectly. I placed my order at 5:45 and was told come back 25-30. When I can back she said they didn’t start on it. She then told me to come back in 15. I came back again and it still wasn’t ready. I waited over an hour and asked again. The manger came out and apologized telling me they started the app and the kitchen was overwhelmed. She then gave me a discount on my dinner. I was thankful she realized waiting over an hour when I was told 25 min wasn’t okay.Dinner was great! I would def eat here again. Hopefully they get the times worked out so others aren’t waiting so long.
Not bad not bad. Not amazing, too expensive, but if you want anything decent you don't have a lot of choices. I expected a super good meal, comfortable, but I was just not quite there. The chairs at some of these tables had super low backs, so you couldn't lean back. They sat us in the middle, even though we had reservations and we're literally the first people there, which is never good. They did not have the beer I ordered, which is typical for me. Then the pretzel was dry and boring for sure, with the beer cheese being watered down and bland, and the mustard being straight from the fridge, cold and all. My meal, the mushroom pasta, was pretty good, really, not super amazing, but, still pleasant. The steak was good, better than long horn the night before. And the kid loved his taco meal. It was his birthday and they brought him and ice cream and a song. Everyone was nice. Our cookie desert was good, so it was a lot but it was a lot better than the fast food that you can find in the rest of the place. So, definitely overpriced, by at least 25%, but that's a bit expected. I'd go back, as you don't have much of a choice. Oh yeah, and get a reservation.
We were told the resort for Christmas Vacation. We had to make reservations a day earlier, or they wouldn't take us. So the earliest time we hot was 9:30 pm. We took what we got since all the restaurants outside would be closed for the holidays.Next days after the Waterpark, everyone in our group was tired and hungry. When we went to go checkin, they informed us our table won't be ready for another half hour since the people who were sitting on our table haven't been even served yet. So we waited, not like we had a choice to go someplace else.After being seated, everyone was ready to EAT. But our server didn't show up to introduce her self and get the drink order for another 15 minutes. Than the food came wrong.Since we are all VEGETARIAN we asked everything to be no meat. But we got meat in all our plate. We had to cancel to whole dish, and had it sent back.My recommendation for vegetarian people is. Do not eat here you will be greatly disappointed. Do not waste your hard earned money here. Buy the pizza pie from one of the other restaurants.
Everything started off okay. We made a reservation and was seated at the correct time. We ordered and informed the waitress it was my daughter's bday. Like most restaurants they were singing to ppl who had birthdays so we expected the same. In the meantime they delivered one meal to the wrong table and it took half of our mealtime for them to realize it, then they had to remake it. Afterwards we promptly received our check as someone at another table received the birthday song. We paid and left. My birthday girl never got her song like the rest of the guest. Imagine how an 8 year old little girl felt when everyone else got their birthday acknowledged except her. Disappointed. They food was okay. Selection was limited and expensive. I guess you're paying for the convenience of it being in the hotel.
Quality was not good for the price we paid. We ordered the wild mushroom pappardelle with chicken. It was completely bland. Like they just forgot to add any seasoning at all.
Fine dining prices without the quality. The food and service was subpar. They need to decide if they’d like to be fine dining or resort dining (a little more casual) and the prices need to reflect this.
