Drive thru is RIDICULOUSLY slow! Waited 17 minutes before my order was taken then 14 more minutes before I got to the window! When I did make it to the window, the guy was just standing looking and a female was sitting down while on a cellular device. Not sure if this Arbys location need new management/crew but the wait time is terrible!
This shouldn't surprise me but the wait was insane. Is all of lagrange just hiring one person per store? I waited 25 minutes and could not leave the drove thru. The employees couldn't even ask the person in front of me to pull up so I could leave. So I sat for almost half an hour, causing me to be late to a crucial appointment. This whole city is insane. I went to McDonald's, checkers, and here and couldn't get food. It wasn't even peak time! It truly blows my mind
Manager was very unperfesional, loud, would not address my problem, had my child with me was a teaching moment and she then threatened me from drive through. She needs to be properly trained. She doesn't know how to descolate a situation. You cannot lead people if You do not know how to lead. The treatment I received over a meal that I was paying for. No value in costumer service. I teach training and development I must have costumer service 1st. I have to lead by example because of the climate were In these days.
Sandwich wraps are a hit&miss....depending on who making the sandwiches and time of day...sometime the wraps are nice warm and fully wrapped nicely, others times they are cold and flat..not enough of anything...So, its a guessing game...I don't like to place...I just make my own Mediterranean wraps at home..
can't even fill a 2 person drive thru order correctly!!!!.Ordered a 1 chicken sandwich meal and 1 roast beef sandwich meal. Got home, and found 1 chicken sandwich meal and NO roast beef!!. employees all had attitudes. My Last meal at this Arbys.
Had to try the new diablo chicken sandwich. It comes with a small milkshake. I love love love hot stuff and this sandwich didn't disappoint. Made it about 3/4 through then needed that shake. Not for the faint of heart when heat is concerned
The service was great it was just a little bit of wait in the drive thru to get our food
The worst Arbys you can go to. They forget something everytime. They forgot my entire order i was just sitting in my car at the window like the woman asked & waited 15 minutes for sliders & fries. Inconsiderate & unorganized
Standard Arby's fare. Good drive through service. Good food.
Horrible, stale bread. Meat had fat on it. Fries full of grease. Please don't delete my review.
