Terrible service. They can’t get an order correct.
I love eating zaxby's, This location However is ridiculous. I was with one of my family members, At zaxby's When the red headed Started scolding us because we put half a cup of popcorn on the ground popcorn on the ground. It was a stormy day and the wind was blowing so it blew right away. She totally embarrassed us and when we asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. Ever since the incident She calls my family member names. She tells the staff bob is here. This is ridiculous there should not be a manager calling their customers names. Now we do not like to come back to this zaxby's because It is embarrassing and belittling. To anyone that goes to this zaxby's make sure you do not put half a cup of popcorn on the ground a rainy day,and tell her bob says hi.
If the choice was between paying this location for food or starving, I would gladly choose the latter. They have virtually never completed an order successfully, and worse refuse to allow picking up an order through the drive through, though they can’t even explain why the policy exists. Support a place that cares about their customers, which isn’t this one.
Would you put up a sign with your hours? No matter how late in the day someone stops by the drive through is closed. The kids are inside but won’t say we are closed or put up a sign.
Terrible! Waiting time is too long and most the time the food is not right. I will not go back until they open the doors.
Best customer service of any fast food location I have ever been to or ordered from. They customized my DoorDash order perfectly with a simple phone call after order.
It was fast and the service was great. I’m just not a huge fan of the food.
Quick service, good food. The mobile app won't let me order sometimes, but the store works.
You would think when you ask for extra seasoning on the side with two zax snacks they would give you TWO extra seasonings, but no they give you one when they already don’t put any seasonings on the fries as it is. Some people still can’t taste or smell after recovering from covid and the seasoning is literally the only thing they can taste smh. Do better or get an easier job even though fast food is already one of the easiest smh
Don’t order online. It isn’t faster. Drive thru customers ordered and gone well before I finally got my food. I understand they may be under staffed but take care of both customers equally.
