Was specific with the order in drive thru and one sauce was missing and instructions not followed for chicken on the side instead of on salad. May seem trivial but person can not eat chicken due to reaction to it.
The Owner Thomas is a Goat, and so is the GM Penny, however I think they should consider retraining management. Q treats employees like they are worthless, and then acts all nice and friendly to customers like nothing's wrong. If every manager was like Thomas there would be no problem cause he treats employees and customers with Respect, and when you make a mistake, he teaches you how to do it better like a great manager, and doesn't just yell and insult you when you make a mistake like Q does. Also the schedule is just a suggestion to Quinn, he clocks in on days he doesn't work, leaves when he wants to, and he left at 6pm and came back at 9:20pm and he never even clocked out the whole time he was gone and who knows how many times he has done that.
Salads were missing bacon and eggs. Got large fries but look more like kiddie fries. Called and no answered. Pay too much for these types of issues
My salad was old and showed signs of it with rusty dark discoloration had to remove a bunch of pieces of wedges leaving not much but a bunch of chopped cucumbers and rancid tasting old lettuce ? I would’ve returned it had I still been in the area Do Better Zaxbys a fresh salad ? takes all of what 10 minutes to put together to avoid awful reviews from customers….
Tenders were good. But there were still feathers in my wings. Picture is the bbq sauce covered feather I plucked out my wing.
They lose so much business on how many cars leave the drive through be cause you wait 15 minutes in line without I moving. I’d seriously be investigating this if I was the owner. So much money out the door.
This is the worst Zaxby’s restaurant in the US…hands down! Don’t visit this restaurant!I ordered a combo at this restaurant and sat there waiting for my food. As one of the employees handed my food from the kitchen to the front counter, the front-counter associate picked fries from my bag and then handed it to me! I was sitting right there!! Even worse, I emailed the corporate office and got no answer, none!! Management there don’t even care! Disgusting! I’ll never go to another Zaxby’s ever again! Eeewww! I’d give this restaurant a zero star, but it wasn’t available, so I gave it a 1 star. Avoid this place!
The store closes at 10pm. I was in the drive through for over 40 minutes. It literally took this location 15min to serve 1 car. An employee walked out at 10pm to tell me and everyone behind me that they are closed instead of telling us at 9:30pm that they would not be able to serve us, but the manager allowed me and everyone else to waist their time in line for 40min to tell us they are closed. I suggest you fire the manager and close this location immediately. If you don't have the courtesy and common sense to look out the window at the line and see what cars have been waiting, you should be in management. People don't waste your time coming to this location. The owner and manager have no clue how to run this type of business.
The worst service ever ! The drive thru was down so everyone had to go in. Had to wait atleast 20 minutes for my food. I only ordered a wing and things. My food was chicken tender half cooked, toast burnt, wings cold, and the ranch tasted spoiled. I was traveling so I'm beyond displeased. I had to go get something else to eat. Im so afraid of getting food poison if i ate all my food. This made me definitely not want to eat Zaxby again for a long time. I guess I'll stick to other restaurants.
Better option when you don't want to hit a burger joint. Very consistent. No issues. Reasonable wait times even in the drive thru.
